“We needed a very heavy couch, 2 large wing back chairs and a large desk moved from our second floor to our garage to make room for new furniture. I called Callaghan's and spoke with Bill, who booked the move. Bill was very accommodating setting up the move on the day we needed, and very clear on the price which was extremely reasonable. Bill followed up our call with an email outlining the requested service and cost. I also received a call and email from dispatch the day before the move, confirming service with an arrival window and the estimate. The day of service, Dave and Dave were fantastic. They arrived on time (we also received a text confirming arrival time that morning), were professional and personable, and most importantly they took great care of our furniture and home. “Omg I always used U-haul always had suck service with thier trucks. I am so glad I tried penske absolutely a great truck 20ft 29.50 - 49.50 varies but the truck has air shocks better they my 2020 truck and side mirrors with blind spot extra mirror that adjust! I can actually see on both sides no winging it also back up cameras woot!!!! Heaven to drive! Thank you penske great rental you gained a loyal user for life carol owen. The home depot in Orland park is great people very nice and knowledgeable. I can't say enough Thank you I had if 5 days cost me less then 200 thats great!”
