OPTC is a small bank, and sometimes I have a hard time with the 800 number service, but when I go into this branch, Judy is a ROCKSTAR. She's friendly, effective and pleasant. I'm sure that the other tellers and bankers are great too, but if you have a problem, Judy fixes it.

I've beenbanking here for 19 years and I can find nothing to complain about Nancy the loan officers wonderful, greets me with a smile whenever she sees me always willing to listen and work with me. The tellers are all terrific, and the personal bankers like Judy is terrific and the bank manager at the bank on Lagrange Road Joe he's a terrific guy to so if you want to bank where everybody is nice and willing to help you this is the place for you, if you want to bank where there's bitchy people try a different place. This is an easy five star light

I am super disappointed with this bank. As a long time customer one would think they would be more interested in keeping the customers from losing money, but instead they give fees for overdrafts. When I 1st opened my account I signed a form stating that I do NOT want any overdrafts allowed. Well they allow it anyways and then charge a ridiculous fee. When I called to ask about it, the woman was snobby and rude about it instead of being compassionate. Being that we are in a pandemic times are tough but all people care about is collecting money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID this bank. After 4 months of working with an individual he and his boss were unable to deliver a mortgage or any sort of proof that he even started working on our loan. Any time we called he said "we're working on it and will reach out if we need anything". My husband and I figured it was being handled but NOTHING was getting done. The team here is completely incompetent. After the bank dropping the ball on this, they decided to send us to another bank who was fully equipped and eager to handle our needs. Their CEO Paul Slade is similar to Mr Potter or Ebenezer Scrooge. For a construction loan or mortgage - stay FAR away!!!! AVOID!

My husband and I just opened a checking and saving. Was dealing with the manager/ Vice President.We sent her all our information. Now weve had accounts there before. She sends us home with all the forms that tell us what there rules fees and how they can charge us BUT NO ACCOUNT NUMBERS. I need these number to order checks and because it’s identifing our account.And nothing to show the bonus we are suppose to get. I always get copies of papers I sign. This was very infuriatin

I recently had a tax emergency and your Orland Park location couldn’t have been more helpful. Friendly from the minute I came thru the door, the staff listened to me and directed me to Jill, who efficiently addressed my problem. She was professional, courteous and took the time to show me further, how to get information I needed. I highly recommend this bank and this branch. Many thanks!

I have a wintrust account and I have deposited checks at almost every location in the south suburban Chicago area. I stopped at this location to deposit a check. They left me in line for 10 minutes. Then they told me that they didn't have a signature on file. I informed them that I do and I've been able to deposit every other location. They made me wait another 10 minutes when a man came and told me that they wouldn't take my check without my husband signature and mine on file even though it was. He made me feel like a criminal for trying to deposit a check in my own account! I will never go to this Wintrust location again!
