Purchased a gift certificate for this location. The certificate has the name of the location and phone number listed. There is no expiration date listed. Went to get my nails done and they won’t accept it since there are new owners (same location, new owners). Absolutely horrible practice to not accept a gift certificate purchased for your business! The owner said “the previous owner didn’t tell me that they sold so many gift certificates .” How is that the customer’s fault?! Would 100% not recommend supporting this business.

We’ve been going to Pampered Nails for many years. It’s under new ownership and they do have some of the regular technicians from when Nancy was there. Everyone is very friendly and more than willing to make your nails how you’d like. Be sure to communicate specificities. I just took my mom and daughter we were all happy with our nails and toes.

Took a long break from doing my nails and when I went in I found out my go to nail tech was no longer there. Hibo will be greatly missed he always got my nails right. New faces seemed friendly and kind however I just couldnt bring myself to going with a new nail tech

Came here for a pedicure, clear coat. Just to keep my feet healthy.
Overall great experience - wish I had made an appointment before hand as I did end up waiting about 25 minutes, it was a weekday late morning. Mail tech was swift and did solid work, feet felt great. Cute aquarium.

This has always been my favorite nail salon. I went there on Sunday (8/18/24), and I was looking around and didn’t recognize any of the technicians. So I thought to myself “wow there must be new owners.” I was right! New owners and it was the worst pedicure I ever had in my life! I am attaching a picture. How could they charge $38 for this?! They didn’t even get all of the old polish off. Horrible

I love getting my nails done here, they’re so clean and organized. Whenever I make my appointment they take me on time and prioritize me during my appointment and never have me waiting or switching nail techs. I usually do a fill in with Haibo and a pedicure with anyone- I’ve done pedicures with everyone & they’re all so good! Haibo never disappoints and is so creative he always designs my nails perfect. Every inspiration picture I bring he recreates it and does it 10x better.

Can’t remember the last time I went to a salon that someone was so diligent about making sure that’s how I wanted it. The man did a wonderful job and I was so happy with how my fill in looked !! Would give 10 stars if I could, make your appointment here next time and you’ll be back

one of the best experiences at a salon ever! my mother has been going to this salon for a few months and convinced me to go with her, and now I will not be going anywhere else! the salon is very cozy and clean. The staff are kind and make you feel welcomed. My nails themself turned out amazing. I’ve never had a set of nail feel so secure. the pricing is the most affordable i’ve seen in the area. would recommend this salon to anyone looking!
