As usual the software failed as I was logging in to process pedigree and contract documentation for a puppy placement. This has happened many times in the past 10 years. My request for assistance through the company's ticket process have often gone unresolved. Customer support is sketchy and unreliable. There appears to be only one person who knows how the program works. I just hope I haven't lost my entire database for the 4th time. Software not recommended for the average computer user. You need to be a geek programmer to be safe using this program. Don't do it!
