Had to step through 1" of water in the EV parking spot while hooking up my car and disconnecting later.The southern edge next to the curb and chargers has a deep dip to it that holds water in it for several days after rain or snow. In winter, this is a sheet of ice or slush.Have made several complaints to customer service at this store for over a year, still not resolved.

Was not offered any help, when I was asking about a product employees seemed bothered that I interrupted their conversation. The items I was asking for were "not in" whether this was true or not the attitude of the employees gave the impression they just did not want to search for it.

I just was at this Sephora and I had the nicest worker ever!! I was in there for about 2 hours because she was working alone and I was just talking to her the whole time! Her name was Chelsea and she definitely deserved a raise! Best worker ever!

Love shopping here. The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is tidy and well organized.

My absolute favorite sephora location ever and i’ve been a sephora customer for 10+ years. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful ALWAYS!! i come in all the time and it’s always such an enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this Sephora. The employees were huddled up in a group laughing and talking amongst themselves. Which I have no problem with that, because I love people having a great time at work. However , when I asked for one of them to help me find a product. They looked so annoyed that I interrupted their talk. I shouldn’t feel like I am bothering them , when they are there to help customers. Just not a good experience. The staff across the street at the Sephora at JcPenny are way nicer and more attentive
