Terrible customer service! Make your customers your number 1 priority!!! Excuses why they can't color match. 'We don't color match between 8 and 10 am because of orders and we are too busy' 'it's too time consuming and too tedious for me' Then get in early to get the orders done, or say we don't know how to color match anything without a manufacturer color code! So lame!

Brought a custom paint job to the store for a quote. The cost for a pint to maybe a quart of paint to match the car. Was told it would be between 180 to $264.00 dollars. This did not include any clear coat, just a paint that matches my cars color. This has to be the most over priced paint store in the midwest. $264 for a quart of paint. It was cheaper for me to just take it to an auto body shop that would apply the paint and clear coat for only $200.00. It looks like Sherwyn Williams only caters and cares about contractors or long term repeat customers. I know damn well they would have never been charged $264 for a quart of mixed paint.

Went in for some materials. Guy spent a couple minutes in his office before coming out.Only after I said “hello” did he say “I’ll be right with you” I said no problem I’ll just grab a cup of water while I wait. He comes out not apologizing for the delay. But instead “sir we prefer if customers don’t come past the table”I thought he was joking I’m like “I thought the water machine was for the customers” he’s like “no it’s not what can I help you with?”No people skills what’s so ever. They could definitely learn something from Sherwin Williams next door on customer service. I’ll never stop there again.

My wife went in to buy CHB paint. This is supposed to be an affordable paint. She was charged $60 for one gallon. When she asked the employee if that was correct he said yeah that's the price. I returned it the next day and was told that the employee charged the wrong price. The manager of the store was there and said that's the price that goes in for consumers and the employees should change it. I wasn't offered a lower price or an apology. If you are a consumer watch your prices at this store. Very shady way of doing business. Sherwin Williams has a good product but this store is really sneaky and I will never go back to this store. Watch your pricing and make sure to check your receipts. Way to go price gouging!

I go to a paint store to buy paint. Guess what? They don't have paint here. I wanted to buy a pint and they did not have it in stock! We'll see ya. Home Depot is right there cheaper n better IMO I will never go back. Home Depot must love you for sending them so much buisness

Don't bother going in! I had some touch up paint for my car mixed by them and after letting it dry, The color came out blue when it was supposed to be a silver. I understand touch up paint will never look 100% the same as factory paint, but it should at least be in the same color realm. Now I get to waste my time taking the paint off just to try again with another paint. They won't even bother refunding my money because it's a mixed paint. So much for that customer satisfaction guarantee on the back of the receipts!

I was just in there to match some paint for a small touch and the girl at the front counter did not want to even take the time to match a sample of the paint I had and was very rude and has no customer service skills . I can see why the big box stores are taking over like Home Depot across the way if employees with an attitude like that are working the front counter . I would never recommend anyone to go there for help . It was above her to even ask for assistance from a manager in the store and she has to realize she needs to take time to listen to the customer!!
