Courtney and her team were a critical part of my renovation project! Subject matter experts and provided insight that helped with decision making and made the entire project come together. They are so friendly and always happy to answer my many questions. Couldn’t have done it without them! So glad I went with all of their recommendations. Thank you SW frankfort!

Horrible experience with Courtney, the store manager. Purchased paint from them about a week ago. Brought in the lid from the old paint, and gave to the kid behind the counter to mix exact same thing. He did, but used the wrong sheen. Went home and put paint in garage for painters to use, throwing away old lid (figured we had new paint, why would we need the old lid). Painters came the next week, and we quickly realized the sheen was wrong. Went back to the store and showed Courtney pictures. She interrogated us like we were criminals. Pulled up every can of paint we have purchased for the multiple homes we own. Several of those homes also have grey walls, but are different color grey than the one we brought them. We explained this to her, but she didn't want to hear it. She kept saying she wanted to try to make it right, but blamed us. We got aggravated and left. Went to the New Lenox store with it, where we were told they could do nothing because it wasn't purchased there. Told us to go back to Frankfort and talk to Brandon. My husband called and spoke to Brandon, who put Courtney on the phone again. Courtney was rude, condescending and arrogant on the phone. My husband told her he would come in to see her. Well, he went in today and saw Courtney again. She acted the same way, rude, condescending, arrogant, and sarcastic. She never once apologized, never once tried to make it right. She went to enter the paint color again, and then turned to him and said "that will be $73.00". He was shocked that she was going to CHARGE him for the correct paint instead of just re-doing it and giving him what we asked for in the first place. She told him she would not remake it for free, and he could call corporate if he felt he needed to. He left, and called corporate. Spoke to an individual who said his name was Brad about mid morning. Brad said he would get more information and call back. We have not heard back from him. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Sherwin Williams. The companies we have hired to do our painting have also spent tens of thousands of dollars in your stores. I find it absolutely appalling that someone like Courtney is employed by Sherwin Williams, and am going to encourage the businesses I know to move their accounts to Benjamin Moore, which is now opening multiple stores local to us. Courtney has no business being in customer service let alone a manager. She lacks empathy, understanding and patience. She acts as if she owns the store and her attitude is "oh, well, if you don't like it you can leave." Disgusting. Let's see if anyone at Sherwin Williams actually cares and does make this right. Somehow I am doubting it.

Wonderful customer service! Highly Recommended. We were trying color match our bikes paint. The young man tried to get a match using the scanner. He put 100% into his job wasn't able to make a match. He recommended the Sherwin Williams auto paint next door. But they were already closed!

Brought a custom paint job to the store for a quote. The cost for a pint to maybe a quart of paint to match the car. Was told it would be between 180 to $264.00 dollars. This did not include any clear coat, just a paint that matches my cars color. This has to be the most over priced paint store in the midwest. $264 for a quart of paint. It was cheaper for me to just take it to an auto body shop that would apply the paint and clear coat for only $200.00. It looks like Sherwyn Williams only caters and cares about contractors or long term repeat customers. I know damn well they would have never been charged $264 for a quart of mixed paint.

I came in today, stressed cause bought previous paint and hated the color. Found another color from a different brand, but the gentleman working named Brandon, was able to still mix my new color, and made my visit very pleasant. His customer service was amazing. Brandon thank you, and you definitely represent your company well. Thank you... ?

I’ve never bought paint before and I was thoroughly impressed by the amount of expertise every employee exhibited. I will be coming back for any future needs and refer my friends. The company would learn from Brandon and Evan when it comes to customer service.

My wife went in to buy CHB paint. This is supposed to be an affordable paint. She was charged $60 for one gallon. When she asked the employee if that was correct he said yeah that's the price. I returned it the next day and was told that the employee charged the wrong price. The manager of the store was there and said that's the price that goes in for consumers and the employees should change it. I wasn't offered a lower price or an apology. If you are a consumer watch your prices at this store. Very shady way of doing business. Sherwin Williams has a good product but this store is really sneaky and I will never go back to this store. Watch your pricing and make sure to check your receipts. Way to go price gouging!

Awesome customer service (seriously above and beyond)! I went there today and Brandon helped me, he is an absolute gem and made sure I was getting everything I needed. I definitely recommended this Sherwin Williams store.
