To the owner. Trying to charge 53 cents for a small empty paper cup when other places sell cups of ice for 10 cents is disgusting. Way to show your customers how little you value their patronage. I was going to fill up my 30 gallon tank here but not after how I was just treated.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service at speedwayI recently faced a challenging situation at speedway that I feel compelled to share. My visit, which was supposed to be a quick stop, turned into a distressing ordeal due to a flat tire. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly worsened by the lack of facilities and poor customer service I encountered.First and foremost, the primary issue was the non-functional air pumps at the station. Discovering that the air pumps were out of order in a moment of need was not only inconvenient but also added to the urgency of my situation. Given that air pumps are a basic amenity expected at any gas station, this was a considerable letdown.Additionally, I was surprised and disappointed to find that the station did not carry any emergency tire repair products such as Fix-a-Flat. This is a common and essential item that I assumed would be available at a well-stocked gas station. The absence of such products left me with no immediate solutions to my predicament.To add to the frustration, the customer service I received was far below par. The older lady who was on duty inside the station was not just unhelpful but also noticeably rude in her demeanor. While I understand that employees at a gas station are not responsible for resolving car maintenance issues, I believe that offering assistance or at least showing some level of empathy is fundamental in customer service. This was not the case during my visit, which only heightened my distress.It's important for businesses to recognize that how they handle small emergencies like a customer with a flat tire can significantly impact their reputation. The lack of basic amenities for such situations and poor customer service reflects poorly on speedway. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as improvements in these areas are crucial. Ensuring functioning equipment and training staff to provide a minimum level of courteous assistance can go a long way in enhancing customer experience, especially in unforeseen circumstances like mine.In conclusion, my experience at Speedway was far from satisfactory. The non-functional air pumps, lack of essential emergency repair items, and particularly the discourteous treatment I received have led me to rate this visit very poorly. I would hesitate to recommend this station to others based on this experience.

I have finally decided to go elsewhere. The pumps never give you a receipt. You need to go in to get one. In the winter it's not that easy for someone with a disability. The self serve pumps are supposed to be a convenience but they are not. When I asked, repeatedly, about the receipt issue one employee just shrugged his soldiers, one told me the printers are all jammed, another told me it's not their problem. Go elsewhere!

Good service, you find good things because you were on your way to travel, you can find a little bit of everything, including toilets, which are the most necessary when you go on a trip, everything is fine.

0 stars if I could. Went there to get some firewood and parked all the way in the farthest left spot in front of the store. There was a semi unloading drinks into the store. Went inside to get wood and lady said that I needed to move my car because the truck could back into my car and they wouldn’t be liable. Mind you this was at 6:00 and every gas pump was taken. Told her I parked fine, and that semi trucks have mirrors so they could definitely see me. If the semi drivers needed me to move I would have. After I checked out and left the store, cashier came out and yelled at me about how bad I parked even though the semi was still unloading stuff and hadn’t even driven away yet. Worst service and I won’t be back again.

Outside keeps getting dirtier and dirtier. Landscaping in disrepair. Never paper for a receipt at the pumps.

First time stopping in at this Speedway and went to use the ladies bathroom and it was so nasty! The feminine holder was filled and overflowing with pads/tampons, who knows when the last time anyone emptied it, they have a big trash can as well that was also filled to the top with more pads and almost overflowing, probably because the feminine holder was filled to the top. To top it off, they had a Black Ice car car air freshener taped to the bathroom door? There’s 3 employees there and no one can clean the bathroom? Very gross. ?
