“My wife’s 2010 Acura RDX broke down on I-80 last weekend. We had the car towed to G Force in Frankfort, IL. The car was completely dead. The technician was able to determine that the problem was an alternator and also let us know that our car battery was over 5 years old. We had the battery replaced as well so we don’t break down a 2nd time. Everything was fixed and our car is working fine again. Great Work and Great Price. We will always bring our vehicles to G Force for future service. Thank You!!!”

“Great experience with new manager in Oak Forest. Young man immediately pointed out that my problem may not have been my battery which I wanted replaced. He had his mechanic check and it was the Altenator that needed replacement. I can think of several places that would have replaced my battery and I would have to replace the alternator at a later date. He was very courteous and I will continue getting service as well as recommending Milex to my friends.”

“I ALSO hit a pothole on I-57 (southbound exit off 1-80 going east) that took out two of my tires and bent one rim. Pulled my car right behind a Legend Towing driver who was loading *another* driver who had lost his tire to the same pothole! His tow driver called for another truck to come an get my car, and said it would only be 10 minutes, and it was. My Legend Towing driver picked up my flashing safety devices that I put out, which was nice as I wasn’t even thinking about them. Driver was very nice and calming on the ride to Discount Tires in Matteson, which is what I needed.”

We wanted to have our car picked up the same day and Joe thought it would be first thing in the morning but he would reach out to a driver and get back to me. “After a breakdown last winter and tow to my usual mechanic, I was told I needed a new engine but they didn't do that level of work there. I found Cooper after a bit of research and am so happy I did. They promptly inspected the vehicle, laid out my options, and gave me an estimate. It did take a while waiting on parts to arrive, but the staff communicated well when I checked in and followed up to let me know the status. Once parts arrived, work was completed sooner than predicted. The car has been running seamlessly ever since. I would definitely recommend.”
