I went two days in a row once with each car I own. The order was the same but the experience wasn’t. They didn’t check the lights on my van during my first visit. This makes me wonder if they checked everything else between the two vehicles. Details matter!

Great staff, but I got in line at 8:50 to be the first in line at 9am on a Sunday and they didn't open the door until 9:20am.

I went to get an oil change this morning. It all was fast and smooth good customer service. Later that day I drove the car in the highway and a low oil pressure lights turns on. I had to pull over. I was super scared and called customer service who where unable to reach that particular location. They opened a claim and had me waiting for a long time while on the expressway. Unable to get help I drove for 10 minutes back to Valvoline.
Emanuel the manager originally explained to me that the oil filter gasket came lose because of the cold. I said it is 30 degrees this makes no sense. Then he went off to say that the filters had been recalled yesterday. I said why are they still there? He said well because I was not here. Oil change was redone. I decided not to argue. I received a free oil change coupon via email a few hours later after getting a customer service follow up call.
I have always served my car at the dealership prior to this and I never had an issue until now. This was my first and last time giving my business to Valvoline. This was a super scary experience and unsafe service.

They do not honor their Groupon price. The only reason I went there is because of the Groupon. Paid ahead of time for a full synthetic oil change. Was charged an additional $6.00 for “Extra Oil Charge”. A ridiculous fee. Apparently we have an extra large oil tank?

Complete morons working here. Oil technician guided me into the bay knowing my rims was gonna scrape the rails as I attempted to pull out. It did exactly that! I'm finished with Valvoline. Hope you enjoy my last $111.00! Gonna return back to the dealership from now on.

Went to this stupid woke place months ago where they charged $120 for an oil change. I send my gf there and they charged her $169 and because she’s an idiot, goes on about how she’s just a girl and didn’t know even though I told her multiple times and while she’s there. These idiots also tried to sell her on a battery change. Don’t go here. The dealership would have only charged $90.

This place sucks stripped my oil, drain plug, and tried to blame the dealership guy that was under my vehicle tried to do it but was struggling for 10 minutes before blaming the dealership take your vehicle elsewhere don’t go to them. They suck.

I went to this shop because my regular mechanic was busy & I'm going on a road trip. Groupon had a deal. When I was there she showed me my engine filter was dirty. I told her I did those myself. I went to change it today & she never closed the clip she just laid it on top. If you don't want to close it properly, don't open it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They barely put any oil in my car, the service took over an hour and we weren’t updated at all. When I left the service, my skid plate came off while I was driving. It snapped in half. They didn’t put all the screws in. Terrible experience. I reported it and eventually got a skid plate replacement after almost 2 weeks. When I tried to contact the actual store, their phones don’t work. Customer service had to contact a nearby store which wasn’t very nearby just to get in contact with someone from the Frankfort location after HOURS of trying to get in contact. I loss a day of work. They were apologetic but ultimately I didn’t feel like they cared enough. The next time I got an oil change I obviously didn’t go back to them and my trusted mechanic told me they put a chevy air filter on my car. I don’t drive a Chevy. Ridiculous. If my mechanic wasn’t out of town when I needed an oil change the initial time, I wouldn’t have even went to valvoline. I never write reviews but this was such a terrible experience I feel the need to warn others. People have jobs and families and in general things to do so this was a major inconvenience. The way they operate could ruin other parts of your car. I believe you have to start somewhere so I don’t want to blame the young people working on my car there but obviously people need more training.

When I first started coming here it was a great experience the first two visits where great- friendly staff, very attentive, let you know everything they did and answered questions politely. Although EVERYTIME I go there is completely different staff there which is strange.
The last few times have been from bad to worse with the last visit, which I had a few days ago, almost ending badly for my car. Staff seemed to ignore my car - while one staff member did apologize for the wait - a car that came in after me got attention from most of the staff and was in and out before me(I was only getting an oil change). The worse is that as I was leaving my car kept accelerating on its own and I knew something was wrong so I turned it off and then turned it back on and it was still doing it. A staff that had not worked on my car asked if I had an issue with the accelerator and I said no. That I never had an issue and that it just started at that moment. They asked me to open the hood and took a look inside - I saw them grab what looked like a cap from the side and place it below while using a cloth to clean around - this to me seemed like a different staff that had worked on my car had not properly sealed something in my car. Thanks to that one staff member who was actually attentive, my car is okay. Overall, staff are nice, but don’t seem to put attention to the car at least this last time I went. This last experience has caused me to lose trust at this place.

Use to go here for every oil changed. Moved out of Frankfort, was in the area and decided I’d stop in for an oil change. Wow. This place got flipped upside down.
