Violated Section 1707.2 this past Tuesday 11/21 when failing to consult with my wife and I on our newly prescribed medications from urgent care for our infections. (4 meds total). Perhaps it was too busy at 9pm, however my wife, who is a nurse, found it very strange that they failed to give a brief consultation.

How can you have 1 line open in the pharmacy and keep a car at the window for over 20 mins when you have a line? Unbelievable, This place is.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy. My husband has brain cancer and clearly there isn't a compassionate individual in the building. Sha-lee- duh (spelled phonetically) was rude, impatient and refused to call the insurance for an override on an acid reflux medication. It is sickening that these people are healthcare providers because they clearly have no clue as to what they are doing. I hate that my insurance makes me go to Walgreens. They are incompetent and irresponsible.

Not much in there, but I do enjoy the location, and the pharmacy is wonderful. They're very quick and efficient.

Have had nothing but issued at the Mokena location. One phone call to this location and everything was all set. Thanks Cammie for your help! I'll be switching back to this location even tho it's farther

Bad Bad Bad customer service at the pharmacy, my doctor ordered a prescription for me yesterday and they told me it will be ready by tomorrow, I received a call and VM that my prescription is ready today.I drove to pharmacy today so I can pick it up but I was shook , why? Because my medicine is not ready and I need to visit them again tomorrow 3/23!!!!!!!!

I worked retail Walgreens pharmacy for years in this area and wow has the customer service dropped. I get anxious just thinking I have to pick up a prescription because I know it’s going to be a long wait with likely some issue. Long waits in the store and in the drive through. No acknowledgment from the staff that you’re waiting. Out of antibiotics. I would go anywhere else if insurance didn’t restrict me.

The Walgreens at Lagrange and Route 30 in Frankfort Il is the best. Camille the pharmacist goes above and beyond for her customers! She listens...and is very kind.

Was going to give them a 2 star but I hate setting people's expectations to high.My doctor has to call in 3-4 times then I might get them. You know medication that isn't that important only heart meds.They have an excuse for everything, and want to blame your doctor very quickly. They act arrogant and like they are doing you a favor to get your over priced meds.

I wish there was a negative star rating. Don't bother calling this place it's a waste of time. After 3 minutes of computerized happy talk, the phone starts to ring, theoretically in the pharmacy. After three more minutes of ringing the Call is disconnected. Walgreens service indeed. After four more attempts( I don't give up easily ) you may finally get through only for someone to give you a snotty excuse about how they are short staffed. Ok. I'm taking my business to a place where there are people who can help me.

I would give zero stars if it allowed me to. Went in to buy something on the shelf. Woman claiming to be a supervisor said I cannot purchase because it was not ringing up. Went down the street and they were able to use a dummy sku at the advertised price. Went in again today and asked for a passport ID after I was patiently waiting for 5-10 minutes for the woman ahead of me. Not a big deal. I told the clerk what I wanted and she said hold on and then helped the customer behind me. The woman that came up behind me waited for only a minute. Customer service is severely lacking at this store as I work in customer service myself.

Sometimes too long of a line in pharmacy and there are not enough pharmacy technicians. The newer ones are not very good and they could use lots more training.
