Used to be good, sales calls on sunday killed it for me. Time to find a new pharmacy. By sales calls i mean, i am set up for text but an employee called on a sunday to sell me a refill. That's ignorance at its highest for me.

This store continues to go downhill quickly! Poor service and lack of clerks, plus they make too many mistakes! Very disappointing and frustrating.

This walgreens is a joke! We have dumb and dumber here. This is what happens when a company goes woke. Walgreens will be out of business in 3 years or sooner. I got a diversity employee that would not fill my RXS . I can get all the Fentanyl I want on the street but I cant get my RXS filled at woke-greens.

Does anyone in this store actually like working there? I have to go to the pharmacy quite often. The employees act like they do not want to be there and I am bothering them. I never get a smile or a hello let alone a thank you. The questions they have to ask are usually said very abrasive. I literally dread when I have to go pick up a prescription and unfortunately I have to use Walgreens due to insurance. However, I would never shop at this store with this type of customer service.

Terrible customer service. The female employee “Chris” is the worst Walgreens employee I have encountered. Unprofessional, rude and racist. I have never not been able to use Walgreens rewards on my purchases until today.

Highly suggest the Walgreen on Lincoln in New lenox. This one has been out of my medication for at least 4 months and 3 weeks. In that time, the New Lenox walgreens has restocked the medication in question at least twice. The CVSs in the area have also not had the same stock problems. This walgreens gets the bottom of the barrel when it comes to inventory.

I want to let people know that pharmacy to pharmacy people make a difference.I recently needed to get medication for my sick dog and I went to 3 different pharmacies near my house and couldn't find the medication. Finally I called a 24 hour location and they suggested that I reach out to the Walgreens on Wolf and Laraway. I called and spoke with the pharmacist she was GREAT, I was reading from a script and I couldn't pronounce the medication correctly but she knew what it was. I drove out there and was able to get the medication quickly.THANK YOU to the pharmacist, sorry I don't remember her name...but she was GREAT.I was able to get the medication quickly and my dog is feeling better because she's eating again.Thank you!!!!?

Dale is one of the best people I have ever dealt with at this Walgreens location. He provides excellent customer service. and a great leader. He is always on the run, getting the store clean and organized, but he always takes the time to help you. Thank you, Mr. Dale.

I love working there. My manager was very nice to work with. He was fantastic, but he has now left the company. The only issue I have with the company is that they have too many people who just want to be on the register instead of multi-tasking. They have two cashiers that have been working there longer than all of us new workers, and they hog the cash register. They act like they own the register and are the only two people that are allowed to work the register. For example, one of the cashiers When she starts her second shift, she comes and stands by you, and as soon as you check a customer out, she rudely logs you off the register, telling you to find other work and take over the register. The other cashier in the morning, if you get on the register, walks around looking mad, rolling her eyes. They need to make it so all the cashiers can share the register fairly. But other than that, it's a very clean store with very nice customers, and everyone is willing to help as a team. The sad part is that everyone wants to be on the first registry. I was hired to be the main cashier. I was trained for a week, and even then, if I turn my head, someone jumps on the register. They can be busy working on photos or doing something else. If I turn my head for one second, they rush over to the register. So instead of being the head cashier, I'm more of a stock person. They need to give each cashier two hours to be in the register and only be the backup cashier when it's necessary. I can have two customers with one item. The cashier from the back will see this and will run over to the register. If they are not on the register, they walk around looking mad. Come on, there are other things to do in the store than being on the register.

I waited over 45minutes for a passport picture when I was told 15 minutes to then find out the picture was not correct. Will never go back. I think Walgreens needs to reevaluate its hiring practices and stop hiring high schoolers that are clueless.
