no stars if I could. The older blonde woman who works the register is such an angry person. You ask a simple question & she is so bothered by it. I forgot my glasses and asked her to help me on my app for a coupon. She said that she cannot touch my phone. Really? The Pharmacy did! She said it's against the rules. Well, I wrote and asked the corporate office and they said that her answer was incorrect. As I guessed as well. I told her that every time I come in she is miserable to someone. I cannot imagine the complaints she receives. When I talked with the manager he said we all have bad days. I agreed. However, it's been every time I'm in that store with her. And then, she gets the people in line going like a bully to the person she's waiting on stating you are delaying my other customers from checking out while I tried to look through my app without my glasses. I get it. I didn't notice that a line formed however she could have helped before that line formed. Miserable woman. Never smiles unless she's cutting you up when you are leaving which I heard. Drama Drama Drama.

avoid this pharmacy at all costs. always, out of stck, delayed, issues, 20 texts about nothing, calls about your prescription, never a thing good, the workers, crabby, miserable. i went to a different walgreens, out of town, got my prescriptions. walked out in 10 minutes.

I agree with the other reviews about the lack of customer service at the pharmacy here. There is a notable attitude of “your family’s sickness is not my problem”. My wife recently tried to fill a prescription that was unavailable and instead of the staff saying “let me see if I can find another Walgreens that has that in stock” they only came back with “no we don’t have that, go look somewhere else”. No offer to help, no accountability, no customer service, “not my problem”. Any parent who has had a sick child knows how incredibly devastating that situation can be, and the staff here continue to demonstrate a complete lack of compassion and professionalism time and time again.

Pharmacy: Everyone here seems annoyed when you ask them for assistance. And instead of resolving issues, they claim ignorance and simply pass the buck along. It seems they'd rather come off as incompetent and lazy rather than putting in effort to solve your problem. It's sad that I'm more surprised when I get a pleasant and respectful transaction than the normal rude and/or lackadaisical one.I started using this walgreens b/c it was closer to my home. But after giving this one way too many tries, I decided that I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a store with a staff that actually wants to help their patrons.I've also witnessed on multiple occasions customers asking the simplest of questions and getting similar responses. The most recent time I intervened and helped the customer myself. AwfulAnd I have to say, I'm floored that this dump has a 2.9 rating. Yeah, most respectable businesses would consider that to be bad, but this place should consider themselves lucky. Thats WAY to high.

I like to use the pictures on my IPhone to make personalized cards or gifts. Walgreens is the only business I know which accommodates. Jeffrey Lyon an Associate, gave exceptional customer service to assist with this project! I was really impressed and appreciated his help! He showed genuine interest to help and patience as he had to multitask! Good customer service means a lot, and for that reason, I'm a fan of this Walgreens!

Older lady working the front register was just absolutely rude. I got off of work (Walmart) had to pick my kids up afterwards so couldn’t get any of my frozen or chilled foods there (not that that is anyone’s business) so I stopped here which was closer to my house and she doesn’t greet she’s giving me a dirty look like I was the worst human being for coming in to buy a few things and brining my children in with me and when she was done asked “you work at Walmart” and I replied “yes I do” and she then says so rudely “you’d think you’d just get all of this while you were there” I don’t usually write reviews and bad ones at that but I couldn’t believe how terrible her customer service was

Pam was very rude. She threw the receipt on the counter and said “I don’t know if you need that” and that was literally it. Rolled her eyes because she had to help. And to be honest I’m African American so I’m not sure if it was a racist thing or just because she was a little elder than me but not elder enough to know what she is doing as well as working and walking around just fine to help customers. Very poor establishment. I’m glad I got her name too because I will be calling corporate.

The old gray haired woman working the register tonight 1/5/23 was completely RUDE. Didn’t greet, didn’t say an absolute word until I asked if I was getting a receipt. I tapped my card all it said was “approved”. When asking for my receipt, she said with an attitude I chose not to get a receipt, which was not the case. She just expected me to grab my bags and leave. I told her she had a bad attitude and she said “yeah, whatever”. Disgusting. Don’t work in customer service with that nasty attitude! No one is forcing you to work here
