Noah C at Xfinity in Frankfort provided truly OUTSTANDING customer service. He stepped in and took over our account when our original representative was out and we were preparing to leave for vacation. Additionally, we were dealing with a major error related to our phone service switch. Noah immediately took ownership of the situation, thoroughly corrected all the issues, and ensured everything was handled properly from start to finish.
What truly set him apart was his dedication, he stayed after hours to make sure our phones were ready and personally delivered them to us before we left for our vacation. His professionalism, problem solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional!!!! If you’re considering making the switch, I highly recommend visiting the Xfinity location on LaGrange in Frankfort and asking for Noah C. You will not be disappointed!!! 5 stars for Noah C!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would without hesitation. The store employees made no effort to engage with customers or provide assistance. Instead, they sat around watching a football game, which is extremely unprofessional. This behavior is both ridiculous and completely inexcusable. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

AVOID!!! 6 months and they still will not refund the money. Shakira the manager is a liar. They refuse to refund the money. They refuse to look at their own cameras. They refuse to send an Xfinity representative/manager to this location. Avoid this unless this store unless you want to have to get a lawyer. We will be seeking legal help and possibly class action status against this particular store and Xfinity.
AVOID!!! ELDERLY FRAUD!!!! Went in to start a promotion in June for Internet and mobile phone. Wanted to use old phone. Forced to take home a new phone and told I could return it within 2 days. Never wanted it and told the manager that. I Never opened it and returned it 2 days later. Manager refused to give reciept. Two months later, got an $1100 charge for the full price of the phone, plus activation charges for 2 additional lines I never approved as well as additional line charges. Called Xfinity who told me I had to go back to the store since this location is a 3rd party store. I go to the store to confirm I returned the phone and get money refunded for 2 additional lines they charged us for plus charging for the phone. Walked in and spoke to a male associate. Askedimmediately for a manager to discuss charges and for proof a phone was returned because we were charged $1100 for it. The manager was sitting nearby and stocking accessories on a wall. She started yelling across the store at another couple to leave because they wanted to return their phones. The male associate and the manager disappeared into the back for 10 min. He returned and told me to come back in 2.5 hours when she was available. I said we are here now and she is sitting right there why can't we just talk. I was told no and to keave. I said I'm not leaving without some information. She then called the police on us. I asked if I could make an appointment. Was told no. Asked for her name or how to contact her. Was told not at liberty to give out that information. Told him the story as to why we are here and if he can help at all we appreciate it. He gave me name of corporate store in Homewood. I asked if he has evidence of us returning the phone he said he shows it was exchanged. I asked for it to be printed. Showed him the charge and asked if he can just prove we returned the phone. He did print that out. She then walked out and moments later 3 cops walked in for a hostile call. I asked for a few more moments as the man was getting me an address. Which then he provided the email address of the manager. But before he wasn't able to give any information out...smh. During this entire exchange, I never even raised my voice, never was hostile, just asking for help to get the money returned. I stepped outside to speak to the police. I told them I just needed a conversation about the device and why we can't get a refund despite returning it. The manager could have just had a conversation with me. He said he has no idea why she was acting that way. We showed the police everything and they sided with us and wrote a police report about this situation. Now waiting for actual Comcast to refund money lost. Such a nightmare. They purposely added lines, multiple phones and won't even talk to you to figure it out once they get their sales commission. Stay away and avoid!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this store on 9/3 representative told me that I could get 2 smart watches for free. I inquired about any other costs he informed me there were no other costs. Supposed to ship. I started to think that it was to good to be true and called xfinity. I was being charged full price for 2 watches and 2 additional lines. There's much more but to make a long story short it's now 10/23 I have spent over 13 hours on the phone made 2 trips to FedEx and promised that this was resolved at least 8 times. It hasn't I will be making another call today. The customer service is absolutely horrible you can barely understand what they are saying half the time. One hand doesn't know what the other one is doing. They tell you the issue is resolved when it isn't. This all started when with a store representative was dishonest to make a sale. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!
After reading the response from Xfinity I have to laugh I've called at least 15 times and what would make this next call any different??? Absolutely none because I've already called twice since posting this review!

Dear [Manager’s Name or Infiniti Customer Service],
I recently visited your Infiniti store in Frankfort with my mother to make a payment on her account. Unfortunately, the payment machine was down, so I asked the young lady at the counter if she could direct me to another nearby location where I could complete the payment.
Instead of assisting me, she told me to “look it up on my phone” and refused to provide any further help. When I asked for her name so I could report the incident, she refused to give it to me. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable, especially for a company that prides itself on customer care.
I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into and addressed appropriately. Please let me know if you need any additional details about the visit.

Went in there on 9/21 to switch 3 lines over. My husbands phone was broken and he needed a new one ASAP. He runs a business and NEEDS his phone. The associate said it would be delivered in 2 days. She was well aware of the urgency needing a phone. She said he’d receive it Tuesday the latest. Wednesday night comes..still no phone. I spoke to an associate again who tells us that the phone is back ordered and he’s GUARANTEED to have it by Monday 9/29. Here we are Tuesday 9/30 and it’s still being processed and he will be getting it anywhere from the 10-20th. Absolutely ridiculous. Either your employee knew the phone was back ordered and didn’t care to tell us because she wanted commission from the sale or your employees are clueless about what they’re selling.
UPDATE 9/30 went into the xfinity store to see if we could cancel the phone and get one they had in stock. They told me no and they could NOT get me any other phone for that number. We were told we had to wait until the phone came in, return that phone, then get a new one. They also couldn’t tell me where the phone is or when I will get it. Absolute bullshit! They told me to contact the xfinity team since they couldn’t do anything in store and they told me it’s back ordered now until at least 10/27. The absolute worst service here!
