There is no point to having this PO open. Not knocking the employees, but 3/3 of the times I have been there to get a product delivered, I had to go to Dixon or over to Ashton.
Refer to the pic. On 13June, it was "our for delivery". Never got it til the 14th. Why it went from Dixon to Pecatonica is beyond me. Bad logistics.
2024 update. Why am I having to pick up a package at the post office? I dont even have a PO box? Why is this post office incapable of delivering a package? This post office is not deserving of one star. You get negative stars.

There are people, like my husband and I, who are at work when it's open. I work until 2:15, so, by the time I get my mail, it's closed. There are times when I get a package or two. I notices that I have packages, and not able to get them. I have two now. The boxes are nice, but, alot of times other people have packages in there. And I have mail order medications. There needs to be better hours for people who work during the day.

Used to be a very "small town-homey-everybody knows your name" kind of post office. Not anymore. The hours of operation are already very limited, and they often come late on Saturdays giving you even less time that they're open. Some of the staff is really friendly, they at least have that going for them.

It's really gone down hill. Multiple times they have forgotten to put my tracking number on my packages and once they didn't put the postage on. Also please clean it up!
