I’m very happy with the service at the att store here in Franklin Park. I had gotten service at target and they had made a mess with my account. The manager and Jacob and Mario were great very patient and they really focused on taking care of me. Definitely recommend people coming here for any help or getting their service.

Great service ! I just left the AT&T store located at 2830-200 n. Mannheim rd. ASM Jacob Drakakis worked on setting up and transferring all information on two phones (one is in the United Kingdom) plus internet. Jacob knew how to organize my questions and solve them one at a time. Everything works fine and price is much lower then my past service. Thanks Jacob. 10/22/2025
