It's a contract parking lot so I don't have a whole lot to say about it other than the parking surface on the way in leaves much to be desired and the spots feel about 10% too small. Also the shuttle schedule is a mild disappointment.Update: still not great.

This lot is terrible when it rains it's a swamp, no shelter, a piece of wall standing at the beginning of the entrance, lot is unattended, very dangerous, dark areas terrible lighting. Beware

I never feel compelled to write reviews, but my experience was so awful that I need to share to spare someone else the trouble. First of all, we bought a Groupon for Avistar two weeks before our trip. Upon our arrival to the address listed on the Groupon, we found a hand written sign on the gate to the lot stating that they had moved. After driving four hours in a snow storm and having a flight to catch, this was frustrating.We get to the new location which has a different name (Wally Park). There was not a lot of direction as to where to go and what to do with our car so, confused, we just found an open space, parked, and walked in even though the Groupon that was purchased said it was for valet parking.The check-in desk was poorly located in the middle of two sets of automatic doors so we stood huddled in the entry way waiting for our turn to check-in. The entire time we were standing there, the doors kept opening and closing with each movement we made, which was not only annoying but freezing cold.The day we came to pick the car up, our flight had been cancelled and the next one delayed so we were getting in much later and were beyond ready to just get home. We waited for about a half hour for a shuttle to get us from the airport. Once we arrived, we were told it would be a small wait for the valet to clean our car off from the snow. No problem. We waited patiently. TWO HOURS went by. We checked in a few times requesting status updates. The attendant at the front desk kept telling us "the car is right outside and is next to be brought up"- which was completely false. My boyfriend walked around the entire lot looking for the car as we were prepared to just clean the car off ourselves, use the spare key and get the heck out of there but he couldn't find it anywhere. We ended up getting home so late that we both had to take the day off from work the following day, which would not have happened if we wouldn't have been tied up for so long with this company and their shenanigans.Another guest in the lobby said he had been waiting just as long and that the company had misplaced his car and were looking for it. Don't let the cheap price fool you into using this company. Next time I will gladly pay more to work with a more organized and customer-service oriented company. I feel even awarding Avistar/WallyPark one star is a promotion for the service that they provided during our most recent vacation.

I actually had a good experience with them, I wouldn't call it a 5 star service, I do think the staff needs more training to be professional in front of customers. The shuttle arrived in a timely matter and are new buses. Cheap rates, would park here again.

Terrible service. We didn't pan on using them but the Comfort Inn across the street misrepresented their parking services. The ride to the airport was fine. When we got off our plane, we called to let them know. We still waited over 30 min for our shuttle and they didn't park in eye shot off where they told us to wait. They had our vehicle waiting when we got back, but both the windows were open. It was 10 pm on a January night.

I saw this on groupon. And i read the reviews on their website which was all positive , but after buying the Groupon I should should have checked Google Reviews and Yelp Reviews. But even after seing the reviews I still went in and tried it (I wanted to give them a fair shot). FYI, you need to reserve it online (and pay for it again even if you have a groupon). They will reimburse you after your stay but you won't get your full money because they will take out taxes off it. (Basically groupon just saved me a couple of cents from regular price, it wasn't much of a save). Anyways, I left my car with them for a 5 days and I came back my car was dirty (inside and outside). I had to wait 30 min in the phone for them to pick up. And another 30mins for them to pick us up. Truly disappointed, I will not come back and I hope someone will read my review and think of it as a warning.FYI, their bus drivers are very reckless. And the valet parkers are reckless too. I wouldn't be surprised if some cars get damaged. Do what I did, I took a video of my car before dropping it off and a date stamped it with the current newspaper so if something happens I have proof for my insurance. Good thing nothing happen to my car beside some dirt. But never coming back. Good luck

Okay so I don't even know where to begin. We came back from our vacation and had to wait for them for 2 hours to get our car. Once they got it it was DAMAGED!!!! They did not mention anything about it, if I would of not looked then I would of left with a damage!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!! WORST SERVICE EVER STILL TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF THEM TO GET MY MONEY FOR THE DAMAGE THEIR EMPLOYER DID!!! AGAIN DO NOT PARK HERE

Didnt have a regular shuttle , got charged an extra day when shuttle didnt arrive. Its worth more money to go somewhere else. Even for the price its not good. Car was way dirtier than when it arrived.

Very poor parking experience. My car was hit while I was out of town, and a large dent was put in the side. They also did not say anything until I noticed it when putting luggage in my trunk, and luckily I walked on the passenger side to do so, or this would have gone in-addressed. Now on to the worst part: their claims process.I filed a claim on 03/14, it is now April 16 and I have yet to get a response from them. When I called in to get an update, they said their manager is the only one that can assist and that she is out for the Month of April. Overall it just seems like their business is poorly run, I would not recommend parking here.

We arrived 2 hours prior to depature at the parking location. We were stuck in the parking location for about an hour & fifteen minutes as the driver of the shuttle went missing and no one could transport us to the terminal. When asked the person (when can we have the driver take us to the terminal) who was at the desk, she was very rude. Her response was "do not come and ask me". We finally made it to the terminal 40 min prior to depature and we barely managed to reach to the gate, almost missed the flight. There were other passengers who were with us couldn't make it. VERY POOR SERVICE.While coming back, they could not communicate and guide us where to wait for the shuttle bus so we can get back to the parking lot. We had purchased this deal on Groupon, were told we'd get the refund back after you redeem your Groupon (upon arrival), it's been couple of days, still haven't seen the refund on my credit card. I will need to call Avistar and again go thru the pain of getting my refund.Please do not take any chance unless you want to mess up your trip and plans.

BEWARE!!! Absolutely awful. We had a Groupon for a decent price, was told we would be charged full normal price and then reimbursed - we never got reimbursed. They told us to call them once we landed so they would have the shuttle ready for us, IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR!!!! Everyone who was waiting had called and asked where the driver was and the response was the same everytime " he is in his way" the parking lot is MAYBE 7 minutes away. We had a later flight, arrived at 1215am and waiting by 1230am. didn't get our car until 2am. Would have gladly paid an extra $30 to park at Walleypark (who had multiple shuttles running during this time). One customer complained about damage as well.

The shuttle was just awful. The wait took way to long. Called the front desk and had told me 15 mins. waited over twice as long. If you can plan ahead and avoid this place. I should have read the other reviews. Please if you can park some where else avoid this place like the plague.
