Stayed here prior to flying out of Chicago, nothing fancy, beds were not comfortable at all breakfast don't start till 6 am keep that in mind if flying out early, they didn't even offer any grab and go breakfast items, they do have an airport

Where to begin…Flight delay causing me to miss my connection forced me to choose between two hotels to stay at courtesy of American Airlines. I chose the first option being this abysmal experience.Prior to my flight leaving I called the hotel ahead of time to let the front desk person (Zack M) know I would be arrive around 7:30 pm and needing a shuttle. He told me to call again when I landed. At 7:50 I arrived to the designated spot where hotel shuttles are to pick up passengers. I waited and waited and watched other hotel shuttles come and go. I confirmed with an employee of the airport that I was in the correct place. The employee mentioned they changed to this location for pick up that day. I like to give the benefit of the doubt. When I called Zach back to confirm they were coming because he had told me the shuttle driver was there waiting for me (he was NOT, he had gone to the wrong location) Zach said that the shuttle driver left. Astonished as to why I would just be left without an attempt to contact me first as it had been a long time I was waiting I asked Zach to make sure the shuttle driver called me when he arrived because at this point I don’t trust that the driver was ever in the right place and well I was right. Zach tells me it will be an additional thirty minutes before he returns. Over an HOUR passes. No phone call. One of the ground transport employees calls Zach to confirm they are coming, Zach was rude to him as the employee tried to explain the new pick up location. At this point the LITERAL ASSISTANT MANAGER OF THE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION calls Zach. Zach proceeds to argue with him, meanwhile every other hotel shuttle has been getting this right and has driven passed me multiple times. Some stopping to ask if I need help, but thinking Zach is actually doing his job and sending someone to me I decline. The shuttle shows up at the WRONG place and the assistant manager has to escort him to me. You would think that after being told he was wrong by multiple people and the quite literal assistant manager of the airport transport Zach would greet me with… some sort of apology. Some hint that MAYBE he was wrong. I had just stood outside in the cold for two hours after all. But no. Zach doubles down. It’s my fault that I didn’t go to the wrong location. Other people went to the wrong location they aren’t allowed to pick up from, why didn’t I? Since he’s been an entire rude and unapologetic person up until this point what comes next should be no surprise. Since my toes are still literally FROZEN I ask that I be put in a room with the jacuzzi tub which they have multiple available. He attempts to charge me full price for the room and not even the difference of the comp room price I have. When asking for a way to contact his manager he gives me a generic email address, no phone number to call the next day. I’m left with multiple hours lost of sleep because of his stubbornness to listen to actual airport managers, multiple hours spend outside waiting without calls from the shuttle EVEN ONCE. So as long as they have Zach working there, steer clear. Even when he is wrong, he will let you know he is right. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

Ideal spot to get you where you need to be close proximity to the airport and availability to restaurants close by. Excellent rooms, cleanly and spacious. Breakfast available [ mostly cereal and Mac and cheese] Service desk was professional manager gave me a good deal [ discount ] on price. Shuttle service is also provided for free, this maybe subjected to change at a later date. But overall Good customer service and they make you feel welcome. Would recommend anyone for future visits.

By far the worst place to ever stay! The breakfast is terrible and they won’t even let you bring food to your room. I also tried to get a receipt for my final checkout. The man at the customer service desk with the glasses and bad teeth was extremely rude and needless to say I only asked for a receipt and never got it. The sheets had burn holes on them and the rooms were not clean at all! This is no a place I would ever recommend. I stayed here and lost points because they wouldn’t print the receipt and the rude employe kept saying he would email and still never did. I have never stayed at a hotel as bad as this one. Please avoid this hotel. You’ve been warned .
