Customer service is yelling at me without any reason. Overall experience is still pretty decent.

I got an urgent package delivering from Canada and couldn’t wait for it. So I had to come and ask the stuff member to help me search through a pile of packages and she was nice and patient! And helped me find my package! They really saved my day!!!
