I go because of convenience. But the picture of the location says it all. Boxes are always in the way and they must be short staffed because this never changes.

This store is just horrible!! The store manager didn’t know shit of running a store every time I have gone in she is sitting back talking to her cashiers or on the phone. The merchandise is constantly on uboats sitting in the aisles. And to top off at one point I went to purchase some paper towels once and they were soaking wet!! It was rainy day the previous day prior to me going in to shop I had asked one of the managers who I always see busting her butt working hard why all the paper towels had been wet on the floor she apologized and said they had unloaded a truck and had tried to refused the rest of the items since it was all ruined due to the immense downfall of rain we had , but the store manager she still insisted put it out in the floor!! I was appalled at how one manager trying to do what was right and the other just no regard to professionalism or quality for their customers. I do hope the young female I spoke with gets a promotion or out of that store as she seems to be the only one who knows what she’s doing or cares. As for the the store manager she needs to be fired!! As she doesn’t know how freight flow works, or productivity , customer satisfaction really is handled!

This location has gone down hill fast. Zero organization. The place is a mess. All their stock is just sitting in the aisles still in boxes. Completely unsafe. You can barely get down some of the aisles with your shopping cart. Manager needs to be replaced or they need to shut this location down.

This place has went to s@!% everything disorganized all merchandise still in boxes in the aisles and on the floor while the employees standing around on their phones (3) and manager in front office being loud on a personal call while a long line of people waited on the slow cashier because of course there was only one register open corporate needs to visit this place

This dollar tree is bad nothing on the shelf, they need new managers or something. Or close it down, cart with boxes each aisle is like this. Just terrible

It's the worst Dollar Storeon Tuesday November 21st at around 12:30pm. I ever been to. Employees don't even know where they're item are at. Items are not in place to where a whole pile of pie pans fell on my face from the top shelve. The employees looked at me and didn't say a word. Keep going about his business.

Place is outta hand. Says alot about who manages there... there is no delegation, no multitasking. Pure laziness. Forget the multi tasking. This needs immediate attention. Whatever they are doing doesn't work. They need a stock team until they can get the situation under control. Come in earlier and stay a little later. 911 this store. Have a team to focus on the floor and then have someone to focus on the register and front of the house. It is not safe, wheelchairs can not come through, if a fire happens there will be no clear paths. The boxes are stocked up to unsafe heights. Big NO.
