A star is a very generous rating for this location. Very unreliable service, taking more than 3 days and counting to fix a serpentine belt with a water pump issue as we left the vehicle there on Sunday and STILL haven’t gotten it back. Very little to zero communication as to why it’s taking so long. Being charged labor twice for each part being installed instead of one charge as a whole. My girlfriend has had to wait in a hotel and pay for each day waiting because she was supposed to move to Michigan. Please take your car issues elsewhere other than here unless you love to wait with poor customer service
