I received a quick greeting ,felt welcomed I told the gentleman what I needed and he rang me up and told me it would be ready the next day after 3 pm.....great!

“Good service, everything clean. I've been washing here for 10 years, but I don't like the music very much. They repeat a single Reggaeton genre over and over again. The 3 hours it takes me to wash, that's what I hear. It's not variable.”

“5/5. I came in on a Saturday with a suit, needing to adjust the length of both the jacket and pants by a few inches. I was in a pinch and needed it by Tuesday, which I know wasn't much time for them, but they were super accommodating and made the alterations quickly.”

“I’ve always enjoyed the service over at Hoff cleaners. Chris makes it fun with a good sense of humor. He’s right on time with getting the clothes ready right when you need it. He has done a lot with conjuring to the downtown Downers Grove community as well. I recommend going to get your clothes, clean there because you’ll get great service but also you won’t have to wait!”
“Fine neighborhood laundromat. Lots of machines; very few out of service. Plenty of chairs inside and out (even a rocking chair!) and reading materials; blessedly NO television or music! Parking lot just outside.A mega-laundry is almost open just down the block, so I hope this place can hang on!”
“LOVE Smart Wash! I’ve been using their wash and fold service for over 5 years as my apartment building doesn’t supply decent washer/dryers. I come every week and have the best experience. Clothes is always clean same day and folded beautifully I just need to put them away when I get home. Cannot say enough good things about this place. If I come in alone, she is always asking, "how is momma?" and seems to genuinely be concerned about her well-being. The prices are a bit higher than other cleaners I have used on North Ave, however, location, convenience, and service keep me coming back.”

“Recently I use to go to laundromats were I was spending close to $15 a week on washing clothes,blankets and my towels. Because of that I decided to look for cheaper alternatives. I came across this location, because it’s close by and people said it’s cheap and it very much is. I paid $3 for a medium load and two towels and the clothes came out very well. They also predominately have Speed Queens and that’s something that made me stay here. In total my whole trip costed me $5 and I will be returning here from now on for EVERYTHING. Found my new spot and grateful that they keep the prices so low.”

“We needed to wash five comforters. The young lady working that day was very helpful in explaining how to use the machines. The laundromat was extremely clean. The young lady was wiping down all of the machines and cleaning out all of the lint traps as soon as as customer was finished with the machines.

“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.”

“Washed my rug here. The machines are well maintained and washed my rug really well! The lady working was super helpful and showed me how the card system worked, I haven’t been to a laundromat is forever lol. The place was very clean and looks well maintained and they had a good supply of soaps and other laundry needs.”
