“Great experience, I dont dry clean many items but my son need his suit and another coat dry cleaned, hes in NYC and is coming home for his sister's wedding. I received a quick greeting ,felt welcomed I told the gentleman what I needed and he rang me up and told me it would be ready the next day after 3 pm.....great!

“I can’t not believe how amazing Rob was, I came in with an emergency in the hopes of getting my sons shoulder pads fixed with in a few hours ( which I already new was an aggressive ask)
The seamstress was not in and Rob stepped in and used his amazing skills and helped fix my issue on the spot so that my son would have his shoulder pads for practice!!
This was above and beyond anything any place would ever do!!!

The turnaround time was fast, and the staff was super friendly and professional. They really take care of your clothes and pay attention to details. “Came out to Downers Grove, IL for my sister-in-law wedding. End up getting a stain on my blazer a few days before the wedding. I call a few of the local dry cleaners and all of them said they wouldn't be able to have it done in time. If they did say yes they charged me my car payment plus more.
I thought I was going to have to travel further out of Downer Grove until I call Chris. Right away he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of it and would have it done in 2 days for me. Very nice, friendly and hilarious guy.
The BEST part is his prices are extremely reasonable. I actually left a nice tip because I felt like I owed him more for not only doing an amazing job, but getting it done so quickly and not being overpriced.

“This place is great. I have had many interactions with different people here. I used to go around to the side of the building and eat my slurpees on the chairs with my friends. One time I saw a nice old lady out there struggling to open a pickle jar and I felt bad. I also talked with a middle aged man about his trauma regarding his late wife, which was sad. This Laundromat has been a definitive location that contributed immensely towards my personal growth. Throughout all the highs and lows, Joan's Family Pride has been there. Overall, this laundromat should be serving Norwood Park, NOT laundry world.”

“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.”
“We needed to wash five comforters. The young lady working that day was very helpful in explaining how to use the machines. The laundromat was extremely clean. The young lady was wiping down all of the machines and cleaning out all of the lint traps as soon as as customer was finished with the machines.
I highly recommend this facility.”

“Recently I use to go to laundromats were I was spending close to $15 a week on washing clothes,blankets and my towels. Because of that I decided to look for cheaper alternatives. I came across this location, because it’s close by and people said it’s cheap and it very much is. I paid $3 for a medium load and two towels and the clothes came out very well. They also predominately have Speed Queens and that’s something that made me stay here. In total my whole trip costed me $5 and I will be returning here from now on for EVERYTHING. Found my new spot and grateful that they keep the prices so low.”

“Before I discovered Sun Cleaners, I used another dry cleaners in Glenview and never felt completely confident about their capabilities. I started to ask neighbors for recommendations because I needed to have my mother-of-the bride dress cleaned, and someone told me they had been going to Sun Cleaners for years. A lovely lady, who turned out to be the owner, greeted me when I walked in, and immediately noticed a number of stains on my dress that I didn't even realize were there. The cleaning was done promptly, and I was so pleased and excited that they were able to remove the stains! I brought some other clothing there today, and as I was walking in, a customer was telling the owner how happy she was with their service, and that she would never stray, as she had been disappointed by the work of other dry cleaners in the area.

“I really like washing my clothes here . It’s very clean and the young lady Karla is super nice and very helpful. She has great customer service. I would definitely recommend this laundry mat to my friends. I the hours open are the best. I went to wash today Dec31-25 at 3:42. sorry to say when I came in I almost fell on a dam towel on the floor. All the dryers were taken . I asked the lady that works here . if she take on the clothes so I can dry my clothes. Sadly so say ?. There were two ladies that had clothes in the dryer and took some out and left the other dryers with clothes. I work and I am tired I went to go in and out. You should have sign everywhere if you leave and your clothes are in the dryer and they are finish you have to take them out. I will not be back . The lady in the service desk is not nice . Well two ladies came in after 20 minutes to take out their clothes.”
