I was looking for directions and I went in and Sandra went all out and literally made an itinerary for my stay. I went to places my family didn’t even know off, she didn’t have to do that. Yet, she was so enthusiastic and kind to us, she made our stay memorable. Thank you so much!!!

Sandra is very efficient and gives great customer service. She is very helpful and she likes that the customers are happy and feel confident to leave their belongings in the storage. 5 stars for metro self storage and sandra. Great job
