Whatever be the reason, it is unprofessional and nullifies work ethics. Not only did I feel interrogated, they were biased towards me and told me that I could not withdraw funds from my account. Not to mention my funds were clear. They just like holding onto your funds there and not giving out any funds for whatever reason. Very sketchy at this location!

They would not let me close my bank account, I called customer service in the parking lot and the agent helped me close my account. Customer service agent explained that there was no reason the bank wouldn't be able to close out the account in person.

Lionell was so informative and helpful when I needed to transition my accounts. He was patient with all my questions and took care of all my concerns. He’s really awesome!

0 stars if I could won't let me withdrawal my own money. Not sure if i didn't dress nice enough to withdrawal a large sum of money.. worst pnc bank

This is the way customer service should be!! Have had wonderful experiences and will be a customer for life. Montse and Maggie really understand the business and treat you like a valued customer not only are they courteous and friendly. They really want to solve your problems and I would recommend this branch 100% you will be Extremely happy!! This is the best banking experience I have ever had, and if you go to this branch and deal with either one of these associates, you will also have a great experience !!

This bank overdrafted my account with their fees closed my account a few days later didn't even give me a chance to pay it. Also put me in check systems which means I can't open another bank account. A few months later down the line they send me a check cuz they realized it was there mess up. Still in check systems they did not take me out after they realized it was their mess up. It was only by a few pennies when they overdrafted my account how do you put somebody in check systems over a few pennies. Very unprofessional staff I do not recommend this bank at all.

I used the outside ATM on July 29th and the steel door closed before I could receive all of my money .I called customer service and they said it could takes up to 90 days to get back my money.I call the bank and asked them when do they balance out the ATM and they didn’t know.This is why the got 1 star I would have given them 0.

If I could, I would give PNC 10 Stars! The 3 poor reviews that are displayed "got my goat" and I couldn't contain myself. Many years ago, the original bank was a small community bank (I don't remember the name) located in a small shopping center near Fullerton and Ashland in Chicago, convenient to my job site. The bank was absorbed by a larger bank during during turbulent times in the banking industry and a branch was opened in Franklin Park in the small shopping center across the parking lot from Jewel (Grand Ave.). This site was convenient to my home. That bank was absorbed by PNC and eventually they moved across Grand Av. into the defunct Blockbuster Video site where PNC is now. I'm just your average "JOE" with small checking and savings accounts; my only association with PNC. I can't even remember the prior bank names BUT what I do remember is that I've NEVER, NEVER, EVER had poor service at any of the bank's incarnations and as an "average" customer, have ALWAYS received nothing but FIRST CLASS treatment from ALL of the people who work there with whom I've had interactions. Like most customers of a business, "poor service" sticks in your mind and you don't forget it, even if it happened 50 years ago!
