BUYER BEWARE! This place will fail to place your card on file (after PAYING FOR AUTOPAY) and then HARRASS you when the payment didn't go through because they cannot do their job correctly. They called me 8-9 times and then laugh at you when you ask them to stop. Whether they were joking or not, it's not funny to threaten to come to my workplace after being ONE day late for a payment (when again, I had autopay set up and they didn't process it correctly). It's genuinely bizarre. I believe Richard and Gina were the names of the most recent harassers. They are disrespectful and if you have a genuine problem with the merchandise - good luck. You will be on your own. They will sell you faulty equipment then basically say "it's your problem." Which only adds insult to injury when they are calling you for the 9th time that day after failing to do their job. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You're better off going literally anywhere else.

I manage a business and they keep contacting me because a past employee put me down as a reference without my consent. Their incompetence is beyond me, I’ve told them MULTIPLE times this year that the person they’re looking for no longer works here and yet they continue to call me. Twice now they’ve told me they would remove my business number but have contacted me regardless.

I do not recommend this place to no one especially the way I was treated and profiled by that Latina lady who claims she was the manager. worst place to do business'. people... save your money and go to the flea market instead, there will be better quality furniture and higher quality electronics for a better price, and get treated like actual human beings.

Honestly these people working here are so unprofessional its disgusting. They need a better managing team with actual experience not a hot headed ''manager'' demanding and threatening their customers especially in front of other customers. I got paid every 2 weeks semi weekly and i always had a payment date that didn’t coincide with my paychecks therefore I would be unnecessary called about payments… I would like a scheduled payment date because I work at a school it every 2 weeks semi weekly and I also get time off on holidays. Also the bunk beds were actually to smallFor my kids . They hit their heads multiple times on the beds and because it was already set up when u requested a different kind I was ignored and basically was stuck with the bed. It was the wood bunk bed. But see granted I picked these items over the phone with an associate. So next time I will becoming into the rent a center to see the purchase . Other than this I was happy with my purchase . You did work with me on getting the merchandise returned which helped a lot especially with my work schedule.

canceled my order for a sectional I ordered 2 weeks ago and no sign of delivery or anything. After long wait THIS PERSON GINA CALLS asking for a paystub and more information to verify my account ? Also she wanted me to put my account in autopay ? Why would I put my account in autopay and keep paying for something that hasn’t been delivered??? THIS GINA IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL and talks over you on her CONVENIENCE. So rude and hard to deal with. Aarons furniture were so good to me and now getting a couch delivered with no pro and right away. Rent a center cooperate needs to get rid of these rude people like this GINA PERSON. Yes I will call the help solutions. This is upsetting. I’m not sure if you if you guys record the calls but listen to them and see how she doesn’t let you explain or prove a point. Very rude.

So I would just like to mention how terrible the service is here at this location. In Franklin park I’ve asked to speak with the supervisor multiple times on this matter and 1st time she was there and Lita had said she is not sure when she will be back. I called multiple times over the past week off an order that was placed a week ago. The initial delivery was on last Monday the 24thI had went on the website and was approved for 1800$ in cash total and for a 46$ weekly paymentI had found a laptop for 37 a week and after coverage came out to 41$ and some change. It said no payment was due on pick up that my initial payment was on the 4th of Feb. So the initial delivery never happened and the service to coordinate this was just awful. I call them on Monday or Tuesday and they said they have to reschedule the delivery for the following Monday and that everything was good to go. I call then on Saturday over the weekend and schedule for me to pick up the item. I have work i go to in the city mom thru Friday. I was willing to take off early to make this pick up happen. So I make the call to see how long they will be there because they told me they would be there till 630 but they close at 6 . So anyway that’s out the window because they won’t let me grab it after 6. On top of that they all of a sudden say I have to make an initial payment. Which was scheduled for the 4th on Feb.Ultimately I ended up cancelling today with no further argument.False advertisement on the application -because I was told no money down on initial pick up-The delivery was rescheduled-customer service was just awful-the coordinating of the delivery was not accommodating like the site promised-The employees were not helpful

I bought a bed it was two weeks past the delivery date. The next week the bed sank in the middle. I spoke with Gina, she was very hard to deal with.she told me to come in and buy a new bed, she’s saying that someone jumped in the bed,and she can’t keep replacing the frame, she said that I can purchase one and get a new agreement.I don’t appreciate her saying someone jumped in the bed, and I got 3 beds in my Home exactly like this one, I’m not having problems. Gina bad customer service…..I always loved rental center now I just don’t know.
