Schenker, Inc. (ORD) is an awesome place with wonderful staff. The facility opens before 8 am and operates until 10 pm most days, longer than Google maps shows. Checking in requires a license at the man door by dock 1, located at Suite 100 door number 5. If there is a seal, do not break it; let them know and they will check it. Open appointments are first come, first served, and they will unload even at night. Unloading is quick, with one visit completed in 15 minutes and another loading 13 pallets in 30 minutes. Docks for receiving are 1-10, and for pickup 18-29. The staff provides great communication, such as explaining delays. Box trucks are recommended to pallet jack freight. Parking is available overnight outside the exit gate with porta potties nearby. Overall, there is never a long wait, and drivers will definitely come back.

Hours of operation UNTIL 10PM most days. Had to clarify this as google maps shows 5pm. They work longer hours than that for shipping/receiving. Was able to get loaded up 13 pallets in 30 minutes. All docks were also full for pickup (#18-29). Receiving 1-10. Box trucks recommended to pallet jack your freight.
