Washed my rug here. The machines are well maintained and washed my rug really well! The lady working was super helpful and showed me how the card system worked, I haven’t been to a laundromat is forever lol. The place was very clean and looks well maintained and they had a good supply of soaps and other laundry needs.

I used to wash here every week if not every 2 weeks. with the new staff they have. The attendant that works on Thursday nights always closes lanes very early this is inconvenient because the other machines available at other lanes are larger and pricier than what's needed. just because she's trying to leave won't let you wash will turn you away. I stopped going.

SMART WASH LAUNDRY Franklin Park. I came at 9:30pm to do my laundry after my work but the attendant on duty rushed me so ruuuudddeee! Telling me to hurry up with a very loud and sarcastic voice, the rudest person ive ever met! I just leave and take my laundry back,i didnt even start washing beacuse i was shocked with her bad attitude,she almost closed all the machine at 9:30pm still an hour and a half early. Bad bad bad experience!!! Feb 5, 2024 9:30pm..Dont ever come late at this location to avoid this kind of treatment i have experienced .Your attendant on duty shows that attitude..To the management ,you better watch that employee, you hired a wrong person!!!

No vallan a esta lavanderia menos si tienes hijos ya que una señora se molestaba de todo inclusion hizo que limpiaramos el area donde estaban mis hijos, esta señora fue muy despota y grosera con migo y con mi hijo en realidad no la recomiendo claro e ido otras veces y las otras chicas muy amables pero esta señora fue demasiado grosera.

Wow! I have never had an issue here. Today I put 4 rugs in a large machine. Once load was complete they were not spun out. I called the attendant over and said I have too many rugs in there. It was a Large washer!!!! I have washed 4 rugs in there before with no issues. She then stated they just repaired this machine. Obviously it was not fixed. She says to me oh I never see you in here. What??? Then says oh I need to re-wash them into 2 smaller machines???? I asked her for the managers phone number and she ignored me and walked away. Not very good customer service. She knew darn well that machine was broke.

I came here 3 times I never have any problem until today. I try to wash my clothes and the machine dosent have any sign on it. I ask the lady why she not put the sing ans she turn very rude to me and tell me if I don't like i can go and find another laundry. She came later and laughing on me and tell every customer that i came to make problems. The owner should look the camera and see what am talking about we are the clients she can't threat us like garbage.
