Would like to charge them with harassment. A Dr ordered blood work. Switched Dr's and do not need Starlab. Yet I get called by their outside solicitors about every :20 all day for over a week. I've been yelled at when explaining I don't need their svcs. Telemarketing for blood work.

Stay away from this place. They don't show up on your appointment date or call you to tell you their not coming. When you call them the next day they give you a ding and dance

Non responsive to customers. A huge lack of customer service. Whoever they have answering the phone does a simply lousy attempt at returning a customer's call.

Angel is the technician that usually comes out . She's the best. Remembers me and so good at her job! Angel is so quick , it takes longer to set up then draw my blood everyone says I'm A hard stick except Angel!

Star labs was supposed to do some in home testing this week. when I did not here from them I called to find out when they would come. They said they would come Friday 1/5/24. they did not call and they did not come. I called again and they said they called me but no answer this was a lie my phone was on all the time and let's me know about any missed calls. Now they said it would be Monday but that's to late so I canceled I have to get the doctor to change the order so I can personally take her to a different lab.I would avoid this service if at all possible.

Had an extremely rude and disrespectful tech fail to pick up a urine sample for my elderly father 4 days in a row. Refused to give me a time window, refused to wait even 5 minutes for me to bring the sample down to her. I have been a caregiver for 3 years and I have NEVER dealt with anyone so rude and unprofessional in the home health care industry.
Only positive I can say is that generally when I call the main office line they are very apologetic and helpful.

If you use this service, just know that they may send your labs to random people’s emails. I just received an email from StarLab with an attachment that had 20 patient’s labs. Apparently they meant to send it to a technician with the same first name as me, a random person with no connection to StarLab. Mind you, they’re sending confidential patient information using literal GMail. When I called this out they just asked me to delete the email. I’ll be reporting them for violating HIPAA.

AGAIN, this business is a SCAM. They tried to fraudulently submit laboratory services claim to medicare. They were DENIED and then tried to send a claim to supplemental. Heads up Star Lab-if medicare does not approve a service, the supplemental insurer denies it on the spot. Stop scamming the elderly!
