Avoid this place at all costs. Had a very negative experience that cost me a lot of $$$. Toni was extremely rude, not sure if he owns the place but he clearly does not care about customer service and the state of that office in general. Deeply regret taking my business to this place. Place does not deserve a star but obviously can’t post this review without .

Tony is awesome. I used his uhaul twice now. He is on time and straightforward. No fuss. He replies quickly to messages and I highly recommend him.

Horrible, I wanted to cancel the uhaul truck on my app which was not working, they called me and wouldn’t let me explain myself to reschedule another move out date, was extremely rude when I said “ I’m going to cancel “ he said “ okay bye “ wouldn’t even let me finish what I was going to say.

Horrible customer service. I used the app and all the guy had to do was give me the key. Everything was paid for and supposedly ready to go. He tried making a new contract that was more than what I paid.

Went to pick up uhaul truck. Gate was closed so we were not able to leave with the truck. Uhaul should not let u reserve a truck in this location. I will be filing complaint with uhaul

Would give no stars if possible, scheduled a pick up for Sunday, & confirmed it ahead of time, go to place no one is there, okay no problem, but then I call customer service and they don’t even have the truck that I reserved and paid in full for, 0/10 do not recommend at all

DONT come to this location, guy that runs the place forced me to add insurance when I didn’t want too. Then he requests a gas receipt mandatory when U-Hauls polices doesn’t state that. He was very rude. I was very uncomfortable doing business here.

I’m returning van with full gas and owner said I have to show him receipt from gas station. Really? And many many more little things I don’t like . Avoid this place

I had a good experience with Tony at this location. It was easy and quick to pick up and return. He communicated through text and calling and made everything smooth.

Rude owner or employee I rate it a zero then he text my phone harassing me calling me names because I enter a bad review on him. Told him I didn’t know there was a security deposit and he took it has the issue was with him I told him he is rude.

It’s a no star for me. Made reservations for a U-hual on Saturday. They said they open at 10 it was 10:40 and it was closed and it’s super confusing it looks like a car dealership. Then I called and nothing. I’m moving so what a waste of time. What kind of business is this very upset.
