Went to this bank today. Should have read the reviews first! After wasting a solid 5+ minutes with the ATM in the parking lot, it became apparent that my card was not the problem. the machine was either out cash or just not dispensing today. who knows. thanks guys.so, parked the car, unplugged the phone, went inside. waited for another 5+ minutes while someone using the inside ATM was reviewing interest rates or god knows what on other banking products.finally, i get my cash and i'm ready to go. but, at this point, i need to go to the bathroom...i'm older; i'm male; i've been here quite a bit longer than expected. it's a 4 story building. they cannot make a bathroom available to their customers...not even a por-to-let! i was called-out in the middle of their cavernous lobby - like employees yelling at me - for needing to go to the bathroom. i was treated like a panhandler - as in why are you here? - because i needed to go to the bathroom in their four story building, which I would not have entered if they had simply kept their machine stocked with cash. the machine has an inventory of one sku - $20s...but, they can't do it. 9:30 am on a tuesday, can't do it. Imagine if they had to run a convenience store!i literally have $100k in this bank between my personal accounts and my business accounts. they will do everything they can to drive their customers absolutely insane. the number of times that my account has been assessed fees incorrectly is countless. when they acquired my bank (charter one in elmhurst), they initially insisted that i pay for new checks, deposit stamp, etc...over $100 worth of stuff that i needed to order from them! ...because they bought the bank.the bank is nasty. the employees are nasty. it's just a really horrific place.

Poor customer service i expressed a concern and was told well we don't control that mam we can listen to your stories all day but that's customer support i can't do anything never again will i return to this branch I might just close my account

August 24th worst bank to go to the drive-thru the girl got my money wrong even when I wrote it down for her how much money I wanted back in increments. It took three people to count $800 back now that's pathetic hand me waiting in the Drive-Thru for almost 45 minutes. Get people at the bank that knows what they're doing I normally don't go to this Bank I go to the one in Elmwood Park which is so much better and much friendlier

I used the drive up several times with no issues.When going inside for banking service, the staff has been friendly and efficient. I appreciate the free notary service.

I’ve never seen such a heartwarming service like the one that Janet game my mother. She’s very sweet and very helpful. She was very patient and answered all the questions my mother asked.

The ATMs at this branch are absolute garbage. The drive up one is almost always broken and the one in the lobby ate my card for reason once. Other then that you have to hit the screen 100 times to make a selection. I really liked when this bank was Charter One, but then you guys bought them out and ran the branches you acquired into the ground. It might be time to go elsewhere.

The one lady at the counter is terrible the one in her 50's nit the younger one. Terrible snotty attitude. Go to the Northlake one it's only about 5 minutes away.

Worst branch, slow service and the outside atm never takes deposits. Monday morning and I've been sitting in drive thru for 15 minutes waiting to make a deposit because the atm isn't taking cash AGAIN. It's just me and one other car. What's the issue?
