Ended up going here after leaving the Verizon store in Fairview Heights store because I waited an hour plus just to have my phone number released from a plan. Joy was beyond helpful. I was really happy after leaving there. She transferred everything over to my new phone. She wasn’t pushy when it came to trying to sell things and was over all very welcoming. Definitely recommend going here.

Best customer service! McKayla was so kind and professional when I was experiencing issues with my phone. She went above and beyond when she was answering all of my questions! I highly recommend Russell Verizon in Freeburg!

I have been to this location a few times in the past and have had wonderful experiences there. So when my mother needed help getting a new phone, I recommended we go to the Freeburg store.
Today, however, was a different experience. I should have gotten the ladies name, but she had red hair. She was very rude and short with us. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she had just finished with a difficult client, either way, it was uncalled for. I was very disappointed in our visit today.

Skylar was very knowledgeable and really helped me out with my new iPhone 13. He gave me tips and walked through the new phone options with me. I haven’t had a new Iphone since the 6s. It’s nice to get personalized service at the smaller stores. Thanks Again.

Was very knowledgeable and quick to identify the problem with my phones charging problem. Recommend docking station for a fraction of the cost instead of me using my insurance and having to reboot a new phone. Thanks , your the heat!

I’ve got to give props to Austin today. He was working hard, by himself, to get everyone taken care of. At one point , he had 4 phones he was switching over. He was very pleasant and professional while he took care of about 7 older ladies who had no clue how to deal with these new devices. Gotta give a shout out to Skyler too. He was so helpful in ordering our new phones and fixing my mom’s phone issue. Can’t say enough about the kids working there!!!

Very smart staff. I work in the IT field so I was Happy to see an employee no what he's talking about and understands what I'm talking about as well. I lost my sim card for my Verizon phone and the young man with the dark hair was very very helpful and even went out of his way to teach some of the older generation how to save and forward images. Store was empty so I recommend it over Belleville or Fairview store's.
