Pizza tasted terrible and realized there was no bean sauce on the taco pizza, called the next day and the lady claimed to put me down for a free pizza.
Called twice to order and not in the book and 3 more times to talk to the manager that's never there. Treated me like I was trying to get something free, of course I'm calling after paying almost $20 for something I didn't order. This kitchen is a mess.

The pizza isn't cooked thoroughly and I am constantly disappointed by it...I have walked out buying nothing because it doesn't look good at all. (Crust is never golden brown like a pizza SHOULD be) Please cook your pizzas an extra few minutes.

Why in the name of GOD, is there no breakfast food and there is Always a wait no matter what time of morning you go.

So I've been sitting on a review for this place.. wonderful employees great food.. butnthe men's bathroom has literally had poop smeared above.on eofnthe urinals for going on a year and a half.

10:30 am on a Sunday and no breakfast food other than 2 slices of pizza that have most likely been sitting in there since 4:30. Absolutely pathetic, Casey's is dying and management doesn't seem to care. Can't get extra gravy on biscuits & gravy unless you pay an extra $1.50. Management doesn't know how to train their employees

One of the least stellar Casey’s locations. They’re there, and they have gas. The food warmer is often bare. Windshield cleaner by the gas pumps routinely empty or frozen in the winter, all the squeegees for the windshields are rock solid and don’t do their thing. People are usually good though.

Freeport Casey's Walked into the men's bathroom and smelled like urine. Had to cover my face with my shirt to help not smell the urine. I looked at the floor and seen urine going to the floor drain by a toilet. The urinal needs a good cleaning along with the rest of the bathroom. Dakota Casey's bathroom is always clean , excuses excuses and it is we're not firing on all cylinders it's Casey's who not firing on any cylinders. Get it straight with your excuses for your lazy employees who can't keep a bathroom clean. If your bathroom isn't clean then your kitchen isn't clean
