“Even though we got switched to T-mobile without our permission, (happened with the US Cellular merger), I was absolutely thrilled with the service that Ben at Freeport T-mobile gave us. I recently tried to switch to lower cost Mint and my phone glitched. I didn't have any internet service to know if the transfer went through. Ben was able to make some calls and find the reason. Thanks so much again Ben! This is exactly how customer service should be! This man deserves a raise/promotion!!”
