I bought a car from him and i was keeping up on my payments even paying extra at times n I go2 jail for 3 days and they come repo my damn car n then when I got out I had to pay $2,000 up front for what I still owed on it n an extra $400 for it being towed otherwise everything i had already given him which was at least $5,000 would have been for nothing so ill NEVER do business with him again...

We had a wonderful experience with this shop! The work was diagnosed and fixed extremely quickly and while we waited, we were given water and their tow truck took us and picked us up to get food in town. The price for the work was more than fair and everyone was very friendly and professional!! We would definitely recommend them!

I can officially say that I am now a return customer at Elite. I have had multiple vehicles in their shop for mechanic work along with also having a vehicle towed. Their services are beyond compare. I am a person that likes to shop around to compare price, quality, and reviews of other customers. I would say that their prices are reasonable, but yet competitive it might not be the lowest that you find, but it’s also not the highest and we all know that we need to make a living. The guys in the office and in the shop are always very friendly and know how to make you feel comfortable. They are willing to take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle so that you understand what’s going on. The different vehicles that I’ve had in the shop have had issues from computer diagnostics, all the way to replacing a transmission. Once the repairs were made, I’ve never had any issues going forward. The one time that I needed to use, their towing service the cost was waved because I use them as my mechanic shop. The driver also came in a very timely manner and handled my Vehicle with care. Speaking of timely matter when something goes wrong with your vehicle and you call to get an appointment, you never have to wait more than a few days to get it in and the turnaround time is equally as quick. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care that I receive at Elite and the staff that works there!!!

Elite did a quick and great job on repairing my popup camper. The camper broke a leaf spring west of Freeport. I called to see if they could fix and tow the camper and they were there in about a half hour. They replaced both leaf springs, at my request, and I was back on the road to my camping trip by noon the next day. The price was reasonable too.

I've recently moved to the area. The hardest part was leaving my mechanic. I had him for 10 years and it took me even longer to find him. Called and spoke to Chris and worked with Josh. Both guys spoke to me like I understood what they were speaking about. Went into the shop and it's my favorite kind of spot. It's right next to the garage and it's in the country. The couch is worn, the prices are posted, and the mascot is pretty solid. Fair pricing, good work. My grandfather would approve. This graduate of the flashlight holders club approves. Thank you for the good work on the car and the integrity. *
* Small note. This is a drop and go. If you wait, there is no public restroom.
Update: I cannot create two reviews but I've visited twice now. For the record I have a very difficult vehicle. The car started to break down and I called the shop to see what I could do at home as my car wasn't drivable. Not only that but my financial situation wouldn't improve until after I had gone to work for the week. I had simply called to see what I could do at home on my own engine. I happen to get Larry, which is the owner and here is the solution he provided to me, as I would never think to ask it. Larry picked up and dropped off my car (free each way) after his crew fixed it. He then accepted payment after I was paid. Which means the car was returned before I paid the bill. I really needed that. And when I was there the first time, the guys offered me a ride. And they took another customer home. They even post their prices. Compassionate And integrity to a fault. So, there's absolutely no reason to support another mechanic. And it isn't because I know all the other mechanics. I don't. I just came here first and it'll be my last. I'm never going anywhere else.*
* Also, the tire sensor that has been bothering me for the past 6 months magically disappeared. As a person who cannot stand tire sensors because I understand when a tire is flat, this has bothered me to no end. I couldn't afford the fix but magically it disappeared. Again and amazing mechanic and crew. Thank you.

They do go beyond for they customers for sure and I'm sorry his name. But I went up to get a u haul got dropped off. And I was short money and they guy I was dealing with offered to drive me to add more money to my card. I was greatful 🙏 for that just sucks things didn't go as planned then. And doing reservation oine for truck needs some work to it. Same reservations different things different price online then in person.

They are rip off and police was were called they knew too and said get alot bad run ends there lol I wanted 700 and still have same issues

Car over heated I brought it in on my lunch break to have it looked at they found the problem got the parts needed and had it fixed and ready by the time I got off work. Excellent service all around I highly recommend

My tie rod came apart and left me in the middle of the road at an intersection…. Elite came by already towing a car but came back and not only towed me but fixed my car same day… they were awesome
