Place is nasty. Always out of stuff. The game lounge is already dirty as hell. Came in to play the slots and turned around this happened on Friday. Rude customer service when I first came in was my first red flag but since I was just gonna be off on the game just kinda ignore it. But when I sat down I just ended leaving and going over to Maria's lounge. They are alot nicer and keep it clean. I could still see what the last person was snacking on on the machine 🤮

Just witnessed the cashier be extremely rude to a woman and her son. I think the boy got sick or something and the cashier seemed irritated and kinda gave an attitude after that. I heard some arguments up front but I've seen this women get rude before so I'm surprised it took this long for it to happen

Husband stopped in this morning (August 29) just before 6 am
He and another customer stood at the counter, then wandered around the store looking for the cashier....
After 5 minutes, when the cashier still hadn't appeared, he left.

Come to get fuel and other things.... Lady behind the counter said we had to wait for shift change.. Why did we have to wait for 10 minutes???? Sorry won't come back to this place... We shouldn't have to wait this DAM LONG!!!!!

Don’t bother getting their gas saver card. It doesn’t work most of the time. They are not even courteous enough to to put a sign on pumps telling customers that it is not working. Lots of other places to get gas, they might remember that

Says on both doors they accept American Express but they refuse you inside. So to pay for gas you can use their WAY over charged atm. It's a scam. I do not suggest here. Circle K across the road is usually cheaper on their has and products from inside. They also properly advertise what forms of payment they accept.

Don't go here from 10:40 p.m until 11 p.m They will refuse service for cash paying customers. Happened to me on 02/12/2020 at 10:40p.m. Have to spend my money elsewhere

Excellent service and hard working staff. They are always polite. I honestly think this is the best Fas Fuel gas station ever! My husband and I are regulars there and for good reason. We don't go to any other gas station unless We really need to. I highly recommend this Fas Fuel. Please be very kind to them as they are very hard working people.
