Took my car in for an auto collision and they had it for over 30 days and changed the due date three different times and still didn’t have it done by the completion date.

This company was great to work with. Even though ultimately I didn't have much work done on my vehicle, the process was informative, fast, easy, and most of all courteous. They went above and beyond to help me out, especially when I needed it most. Would definitely recommend them to anyone asking, and would gladly give them my business again as well.

Went for an estimate, guy took photos said he would get back to me with an estimate and the name of a guy who could fix 2 small dents for me for cheaper than they could do it. Never heard back. Never got an estimate. I called and the office lady said they would get back to me (this was a week later) they never did. My husband called, she claimed they were having computer issues and they would call back, they never did. We went to Hesgard instead, they got back to me the same day and were a great company!

My insurance company recommended this place so I took their advice and went there. That's where my story should end I went by and took some pictures of it sitting out in the parking lot on a rainy day with a window missing for who knows what reason so I place a phone call and they tell me it's because I need to paint that door which had no damage. I later find that there's a leak in my transmission fluid on the lines that are on the bumper that they were working on. First of all it's not their fault they said probably something that had happened prior to no that's not the truth they had explained to me that if something came up that also needed repair that that would be an added cost and would be billed to my insurance company and then never made note of it therefore I know it was their fault. I know I have an older vehicle but it never leaked fluids not at all never. The paint job was horrible. I wouldn't refer an enemy to them. I have to take it back to them to have them look at it with my insurance company. The paint job is orange peel and he says he can buff that out and make it look like the rest of the car

Absolutely The worst. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I took my car in on May 20 to get repaired said 25 days. So I rented a car from a rental company, but then I had to pay 1200.00 out of pocket because it wasn't done. Just now got it back on August 9th. Never once talked to Ryan, the manager. It was always the secretary. Wouldn't even work with me with waving the deductible. Always blamed it on the vendor. I called them twice a week. Otherwise, it was very little communication with Gerber. Also my car sounds really loud now. Also going to email cooperate and bbb.

I had my Kia Forte Xl repaired there. They kept telling me the light on my dash was from my gas cap. Well I finally had money to get further repairs and the light on my dash was not because the gas cap was bad. It was because of the emissions control damaged at the time of the accident. Not only did I have to wait a few weeks for repairs they only fixed part of the problem and fixed the others things poorly. I would never go to them again.

Poor customer service and communication. Parts take much longer than if you ordered them yourself. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: Still no car with proper parts. The template reply to these negative reviews is a facade and the actual Gerber employees taking care of the car have been unhelpful. I suggest going anywhere else.Gerber Collision has had my dad's car for going on 9 weeks now and have done a poor job so far. They replaced a side fender with a cheap plastic alternative unlike the original and still have more work to do. No rental car has been offered and they've been difficult to work with.

To be honest I didn't want to take my vehicle there. Insurance company said it was the recommended shop in our area. 1st, I took vehicle to get looked at, i was told they didn't have time. I looked online and there many time slots available. I figured out how to submit info online through website. But staff didn't make me aware that there was an online option. Simple dent in rear quarter panel and broken taillight has taken 15 days to repair. I would not recommend.

I have been waiting patiently, or maybe not, for repairs to be made to my car after hitting two geese on March 25th, 2022. Have called the insurance company and Gerber, and Ryan never calls me back.

I hit a deer in November and it took a couple of months to get it back unfinished and we had to call weekly to see if the parts were in to complete the job. The owner never returned calls and the hood replacement was not installed correctly. We asked for a minor repair and they quoted us $1200 higher then any other place. I would not recommend this company as the work was poor, the communication was poor and the service was poor and unfriendly.

The female answering the phone was quite fiesty when we questioned why our car is taking a month and half rather than the 2 week estimate. Nothing but excuses and takes way too long to fix with no communication. Just attitude. Calling my insurance to see what can be done moving it NEVER AGAINServices: Transmission
