I went to great clips for my first time today they were very welcome in the girl that did my hair was super amazing. She listened to what I wanted and she did exactly I will be going back again.

I just had my haircut fixed by dana in freeport. As an older guy with long hair that doesn't want a bob or bull cut. I will come back and ask for dana again.

I went in for a haircut after work. Did the online check-in which is very convenient. But man I should have waited a little bit longer. The haircut is awful. She had her notes from last haircut and asked if I wanted the 1/2 in cut off that I usually do. Yes,please. And she starts cutting. Now I can’t see well without my glasses on. My haircuts from here usually don’t take much time, this one was definitely longer and my hair was absolutely MUCH shorter than the 1/2 inch trim asked for. When I put my glasses back on to see the results 😡
I will never have this person cut my hair again and will ask for the next stylist

Very disappointed in my haircut today!! The girl read the notes from my previous haircut over to me and I said yes like that. She cut the back sooooo short. I wished she would have asked me again before she hacked it all off. Gonna take awhile before I’ll need another one that’s for sure. Very disappointed.

The last 10 times I've gone here, only 3 times I've been satisfied with the haircut. One visit, the lady didn't even know my hairstyle/haircut. Very bad. Never going back. Too expensive for the quality.

My hair was not cut anything like the picture I had showed the girl. I was shaved almost bald on the back and sides. Embarrassing to even go out in public. I wonder what sort of training the girls have that are employed there...never again!
