“Outstanding gym facilities. Largest selection of machines and free weights in the area. Friendly staff that is very knowledgeable about different exercises and routines. All kinds of classes to attend. Large heated indoor pool. This place even has a chiropractor and one of the best physical therapists in the area with offices in the building. Love this place!”
