Everyone was so fast, friendly and efficient, I was truly surprised at how fast they had the car done.
AND, I accidentally left my purse behind, so they kept it safe for me until the next day.

They damaged my drain cap took 2 hours to finish oil change and they charged me for the cap..

I'm super disappointed in the service I received today. At no fault of his own the guy that was helping me (maybe a newer employee) while asking his coworkers for assistance they were not helpful to him or myself! While collecting payment (a more veteran staff) he said, cash or card, took my card handed my receipts no thank you absolutely rude it was pretty ridiculous. Having a lot of customer service experience in my background, even on an off day, I would not treat anyone the way I was treated today.

Service was done quickly and done well. I was surprised on how high my bill was. I realize prices have gone up but I am going to look around for less expensive service.

$65 to change a turn signal bulb? $35 for the bulb, $30 to change it (a 30 second job). I went to Auto Zone instead. $7 bulb and free install. Plus, they checked before they sold me the bulb and realized the connection was just loose. Cost me nothing in the end. I understand convenience has its cost, but $65 is ridiculous. Not to mention, it turned out the bulb wasn't even burned out, but they were ready to charge me $65 anyway! The guys were nice and polite but I have zero faith in ever going to a Jiffy Lube again. The "lube" has taken on a new meaning....

Prices are ridiculously high and, also sold my girlfriend an air filter that was not needed! She paid over double the price of other Jiffy Lubes with on an 35 mile radius from our house.
$99 for a synthetic oil change, 4 quarts
$51 for an air filter
Total with tax $162.78

Terrible experience. Had to go back several times because oil was leaking because the broke the housing for my filter. They did fix it for free but then sent me on my way without putting oil back in my car. Luckily I made it home and put oil in it. They did nothing for me. Not a refund, no apology even. I talked to the district manager and he told me that it wasn’t his problem. This place is awful all the way around.

Did not put the correct amount of oil in. I am not burning oil nor leaking oil. But somehow I had no oil. Never happened before and has not happened since.
