Absolutely terrible, the manager there is all about drama, she acts super nice and phony to your face. She’s just rude, she needs to grow up and act her age. Being a mean girl isn’t cool. The store was very messy when I went there, no one greated me or asked if I needed a dressing room. The two girls at the register seems like they were talking bad about me while I was shopping. Won’t be returning

I had issues with an online order and walked in to the Freeport Maurices to see if I could get any help. The associate was very helpful and I was actually able to find the item I ordered at that store. Great outcome to a frustrating online experience.

If you visited one Maurices, you've visited them all... No issues with customer service, I was greeted as soon as I entered the building. The staff was super helpful, courteous and made sure my visit was a pleasant one. I found the prices to be reasonable and the clothing selection was just right.
