“When Reeds changed ownership, I was concerned that the great service would change. However it was needless for me to worry, as they still provide great service, and are always friendly when I need repairs. Their fees are fair, and they complete the job quickly and correctly. They carry on the great service that I am used to from Reeds. Highest recommendation for this new ownership team. Randy and Vicki are continuing to carry on the tradition of amazing service”
“Highly recommend Freeport Auto Clinic, I wish I remembered my mechanic's name, but he was great to work with as someone who isn't car savvy. I had work done by them when my old car was having sensor issues and was unsafe to drive because of it. They told me they wouldn't charge me a diagnostic fee if they couldn't find the issue, updated me regularly as they worked on my car, and got it fixed and safe to drive again in a few days. I thought that the mechanics and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'll always call them first for any car issues. I also felt like their pricing was very reasonable.”
“I was on my way to meet some friends in Wisconsin, I stopped by Jiffy Lube in Freeport, Il to get an oil change, they were amazing, very friendly, not pushy, you tell them what you want, they go over the options, and if you have questions they answer and explain the difference, they are quick and thorough, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very good service and reasonable prices.”

“Don't really have the words to explain how nice and easy the process was from start to finish. Everyone from jerrod to Gordy and the guys in the service department have been extremely nice. They definitely stand by what they sell and if an issue is found after buying (in my case within 24 hours) they listened to my concern and got the major things fixed 1st and the other odd and ends is scheduled for a week or so . Definitely recommend this place 10 stars 🤩”
“Went to put on new tires I had ordered since at my last oil change at another business they told me my tires were getting bad. The mechanic, Arnold had my tires off and took me out to show me that I had over 50% tread left on my tires. He said to wait at least till winter to put on new. He rotated my tires and remounted them. Honesty is a trait that is greatly appreciated. I would recommend that type of service to anyone.Services: Tires”
