John is a nice guy, but he really damaged my vehicle. He put multiple sizeable dents on my car and caused a good amount of paint chipping as well.Those issues weren't there before dropping off my car. I know that for a fact. I take my car to a car wash weekly. It honestly looks like he took a pry bar to my car.I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this ISN'T how you treat customer vehicles. If you don't have the correct tools to do the job right, please DON'T do the job.I won't recommend or be returning to Reeds in Cedarville, IL.

The owner there is very nice and genuine. I've always had a 100 percent satisfactory when they work on my car. 10/10 recommend.
