One of our work vehicles got a large crack in the front passenger window. We called Ross Auto Glass to see how soon we could get in. Art was so nice to work with. He found the window we needed and got us scheduled right away. He picked up our vehicle and took it to the shop to get the new window installed. Art said he couldn't do a specialty job for us - replacing the windshield in a 1947 jeep. We even special ordered, and had the windshield made for it by Willeys jeep.

Mr. Ross was wonderful to work with. We explained that we were in kind of a time crunch to get the windshield replaced in our Class C motorhome, and he didn’t bat an eye. He said he could definitely get it done for us. We took it in and he was a man of his word. He jumped through the hoops required by our insurance company without complaint. When he called to say we could come and pick it up, we were unable to do so at that time. So he arranged a time with my husband for Saturday morning when we were able to pick up our motorhome. He did a great job, and we will definitely recommend him to all our friends. Just a note: he only takes cash or checks, no credit or debit cards.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Art is such a nice guy and does great work! He saw the previous windshield replacement (before i owned the vehicle) the tech had broken a couple of clips and glued the windshield in. Because he is meticulous and careful, he was able to remove it without damaging trim, which saved me money! Thanks Art! Will highly recommend him for all windshield needs.
