The Exchange is an amazing space for offsite business meetings or parties. The place has a great vibe, is easily accessible, clean, and modern. You'll find impeccible, high end bathrooms for your guests. The Owners are amazing, flexible, generous, and easy to do business with. They are solid guys who work hard morning noon and night to accomodate your needs. I have booked work offsite meetings and my 50th birthday party there and both were incredible! Best BYO venue in Freeport! Highly recommend!

My photography studio was in The Exchange. It was the perfect spot and great to be around other small businesses! Erik and Rocky were very helpful with things when I needed them in my studio space. The building is beautifully renovated and the suites are very nice and modern! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot for your small business!

I had my photography studio in The Exchange for 8 months. I cannot recommend them enough. Rocky and Erik are super friendly and very accommodating. All of my clients complimented the building and were very impressed with it overall.
