Receiving department and guard shack are very nice and friendly. However, this location has the worst rules for truckers out of all the Titan plants i I have delivered to. The receiving office opens at 7am, but you cant get to the docks until after 7:20am due to some weird rule about no trucks until then because of shift change. Im sorry if you’re an adult working in a factory you should be competent enough to walk into work and not get ran over. The same can be said for truck drivers not hitting pedestrians. Apparently if you get lucky enough (depending on who is working guard shack) you can pull in and hit dock after 6am, they wont start unloading until 7am which is fine. If this business truly wanted to put safety first they would put some restrictions on the employees driving into the facility. Some of them, not all apparently think this place is the Indy 500. Many are even messing with phones as they drive in. I am very surprised they haven’t had an issue with cars hitting people walking to the building.

The entrance is stupid. There are specific times truckers can enter based around shift changes. They should have a certain entrance for truckers and have an employee entrance. That would get rid of confusion and traffic. I hope I never get sent back to this place again.

There is overnight parking for truck drivers, it's at the west end of their lot where the employees are parked. At the far end it's wide open and they let trucks park there.

Security was really friendly, you can park on road they have truck parking. Check with security they might be able to load you early. Open 24 hours. Got loaded in about 20 minutes. You do have to sweep out your trailer, before they load you. Don't mind at all loading here. Warehouse associates super helpful and friendly.
