Had my car in thier shop for an engine repair. Took them 8 mths to do the job been at thier shop since may 2024. On the paper they said Oct. Anyways I finally get my car back and the axel to my car is damaged from it being pryed out and charged me for a ball bearing.... which has nothing to do with the engine. They broke my ball bearing when prying my axel out of my car to put the engine in. Didn't fix the axel so another mechanic will be doing that since I don't want to wait another 8 mths. I had talked to them repeatedly about my car and if they don't have time or can't do the work can I have my car back and the down-payment. The answer was always no. When I talked to them about the progress of my car Goordy told me on separate occasions that calling everyday won't get my car done. I wasn't calling everyday mind you but after that I did. Also that he had other customers that need work done and I wasn't a priority. After 8 mths of having my car there come on now. Also told me that my expectations of them were unrealistic. All mechanics how long does it take to change in engine out...... 17 hours. 8 mths they had my car. 8 mths while making my car payments. The first review i submitted about them with my car they called right away within 5 mins and blackmailed me to take the review down..... would not recommend these out standing poeple to do anything for anyone. Up until this experience i would of recommended them to everyone. So update on my car had another shop look at it not only did they damage my axel but they damaged the clockspring and angle sensor in my rack and pinion so so far it has cost me an additional 2500 to repair my car after their engine repair. When I called to ask if we can come to an agreement on this Gordy said you didn't allow us to verify the damage and we don't pay other shops to do work.... lmao like I will let you touch my car ever ever again.

As what I can see of this place, they're overpriced on alot of vehicles. I wouldn't give this place a 5 star or a one star. I think this place is out for their self not for there customers Yes, this place has been there for years. But been ripping people off for years. They make it sound so good, but you're not getting it good in the end. So people that buy cars from here make sure that you do your research on the vehicle before you buy it. Make sure that you are getting your money's worth. You're not getting screwed in the long run.

My 16 year old daughter bought a car there about a month ago with the money she has saved. It has broke down on her at least 7 times. Been in their shop 4 times. They have had it more than she has and everytime she gets it back, it breaks down again. It goes in reverse when it's in drive and stalls out. Several times at night on her way home from work. And they won't switch her out of the car basically she has a car that I dont trust and she dont trust. Unfortunately I am out of state so I can help her

I won't go anywhere else...the service dept. is top notch and everyone is so friendly here. The waiting room is very nice and the coffee always freshly made. When I needed tires two years ago they went out of their way to get them for me - just a great dealership!

I HAVE HEARD THAT TORMOHLENS IS BEING SUED AND HAVE BEEN SUED IN THE PAST BECAUSE THEY ARE SELLING CARS THAT ARE NOT GOOD.
