If I could put zero stars I would. This place not only disrespected my friend but also her loving family. Losing a loved dog is closely related to losing a loved one. They certainly don’t have human decency to respect for them to grieve for the loss of there pet. They were told to spend much time as they want but kicked them out after 15 minutes!!! People grieve differently there is no specific time frame for it. Saying there goodbyes one last time should be respected no matter what pet or human. Disgraceful

Our experience with Walker Mortuary was a very positive one. They made an incredibly difficult time much easier. Michelle was excellent—extremely responsive and reachable, organized, professional, as well as very kind and empathetic. She even gives great hugs! They did an all around great job; I’d highly recommend.

We contacted Walker Mortuary earlier this year when my mom passed away. They were excellent in picking her up from the hospital in a timely manner. They were sensitive in taking the necessary steps to insure her previously requested wishes were followed. Although I live out of the area, I would totally recommend Walker Mortuary for their graciousness, timeliness, and accommodation for all that had to be done. Thank you to the entire staff of Walker Mortuary.
