Yes, you're correct. I did drive it because the shop before failed to mention that. They have taken account for their action and made it right. Yes, it's an awful way to find out. I trusted you on fixing because you gave me hope that you can. Plus I don't work on vehicles or claim to know, that is where we trust the mechanics telling us what we need! Common sense was not to take it back to the place that couldn't tell me in the first place. Once again, you gave me your word, you can fix the problems right. Trusted you once again. Shame on me. Yes, you did let me make 2 payments, which YOU suggested I could if I had my title and I held up to my end and had no issue at all. Once again, another lie, I only talked to on the phone, no one else! Facts when I first picked up my car, my partner was with me(also no mention of alignment just the dashboard to him)and you where there and when I came back 2 weeks later it was you again. You were never in Florida when money was exchanged for my car both times. Own up to your mistakes and be very transparent to the next person if you can't do it right the first time. Communication is the key, and it is free!

Fair prices and good work. Had a Ford Explorer transmission rebuilt, dropped off to him and was ready 3 days later, have had no issues from the transmission and would recommend/ use again.

Had transmission rebuilt for $2200 3 months ago and all parts put in are bad has leaky gaskets very poor quality work now entire transmission has to be redone by a real professional..DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Unless you like throwing away your money!!!

Todd's transmission is the place to go if you want any mechanical work done! I took my truck in there for a tune up because i was having issues and new tires, now my truck rides like a cadilac and purrs like a kitten. I reccommend everyone to Todd. He had my truck done in no time!
