Moberg's Automotive did the same work for less than $2500! (A $1150 repair suggested by Honda wasn't even needed according to Mike). I will Never Go Anywhere Else, in my Opinion, He Is The Best. I drove a semi over the road the last 26yrs, never hit a deer, I move up here from Wheeling and smack into 3 of them cuz there in a hurry for sex, who knew? I never know when it's mating season till I hit one, then they have the nerve to give me the Stink Eye as they run away, meanwhile my car looks like someone beat the snot out of it. I never seem to really hurt them. It feels like hitting A tree, and it Sucks!!!”
“I was 10 mins out on my 1 hour commute to work on a Friday evening, and my car starting bumping, and my check engine light came on. OMG I had a 3 night work weekend at the hospital ahead of me and this comes up now! What am I going to do??? It was 5:03 pm. On the chance that Ken might still be there at LG Auto, I called, and he answered. I explained my dilemma, and he went above the call of duty and helped me out. He waited 10 mins for me to slowly bump my way to the shop. He gave me a loaner car (free) to use until my car got evaluated and fixed on Monday. My repair bill was $316 and I was on my way, problem free. LG auto is absolutely the best place I've ever taken my car. The service is personalized and exceptional.”
“I was on I94 on Saturday afternoon over the Labor Day holiday when my car started making a very unpleasant sound. I got off the expressway at Gurnee and looked up auto repair shops nearby. I called Jose and he said to bring my car straight over. Everyone at the shop was really friendly and Jose looked at my car straight away. Within an hour I left the shop with a fixed car. “Good news, bad news!!!.....Bad news is, I needed a tow yesterday (8-26-23). Good news is, Rivera's Towing was the perfect company I chose to call and use. My car went out on me in Bristol, WI on RT 45. Called Rivera's Towing and the lady on the phone was very helpful, friendly and took care of securing a tow for me right away. The driver was there for my car in 45 minutes. He put the car on the flatbed quickly, securely and we were on our way. He was able to drop the car in a tricky little spot for me and was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a great experience with Rivera's Towing and was very pleased with the service from both the woman on the phone who took the order and from the guy who did the tow. Thank you both for making a bad situation turn out better. Hopefully I'll never need a Tow again but if I do, I'm definitely calling Rivera's Towing!!”
“We needed a tow thinking the starter was shot after we tried giving the car a jump. B & R was recommended to us. Tow driver Dan said let me try to start the car before I tow to see if it IS the battery. Well sure enough it didn't start but he gave it a jump and saved us a tow!! We took it in for a new battery and we have no issues!!Thank you Tommy and Dan for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Dan could have towed us and charged us for the tow but instead gave us a jump for no charge!
