“They took forever to get my car in!!! Took it to them the end of April to get some comprehensive front bumper work done. Kept waiting and waiting to hear back about when they were going to do the work. Finally called and they got it in the last week of June. Took them all week to fix it. Just picked it up this past Friday. I'm not sure, but that seems like a ridiculous amount of wait time to me!!!”

“Driving in from out of state. Had a bad vibration from a tire. I misdiagnosed the problem as a front tire being out of balance. The tire team at Walmart in Harrisburg took me at my word that there was a problem. The fourth tire that they checked, which was in the rear, turned out to be defective, causing "wheel hop." This "hop" was exactly what I felt. Their attitude and professionalism were incredible. They were determined to find where the trouble was, despite the extra effort that it required of them. I wish that they worked at my local Walmart. Btw, I bought the tires at Walmart and got the road hazard warranty. So glad I did. The tire had only 7,000 miles on it so I got full replacement without any mileage adjustment!!Service: Tires”
